OK, this one is originally called Vaastav Theme 1 (or something like that). The most memorable time its been used (IMO) has been when Krishna of Kahaani was killed. (For those who've seen it, remember when he is running and ends up in an alleyway and Rajo comes with a gun? This is what plays). But of course, these must have been used countless times in other places.

It's called Om Om Om:

Second one is the one we associate with Prem - when he came to court and told the truth about Mukti's rape, and countless other times. Its also obvi been used in other serials like KA and KAA.
