Confused!!!

It hasnt been too long since I have been watching this show. The track now seems really confusing. How is prem and sneha anurag's children and if they are why are they not with Anurag? Is Prena their real mom? hopefully you guys can help me figure this one out 😃

Prem and Sneha are Anurag and Prerna's kids. Komolika kidnapped Prem and then she lost her, while Anurag and Prerna were married and because of that, they got divorced because they started fighting and when Prerna was pregnant with Sneha, Anurag thought that it's Mr. Bajaj's child and not his, so he forgot about it but later on when Sneha was 9, Anurag came to know that Sneha is his daughter. But by that time Bajaj had accepted Sneha and Prerna and Bajaj and Prerna were happily married. So he went away. Prerna loves Prem and the name given to him was Prem Prerna Sharma so he lives with Prerna and Bajaj gave name to Sneha and Sneha also considers Bajaj as his dad. So that's how they don't live with Anurag.

prerna was pregnant when prem(the first one) died... and then sneha was born...then sneha got cancer and they any how needed to save her...and then prem was born to save sneha. when the first prem died prerna and anu seperated and then bajaj and prerna married so thats how they stay with prerna. prerna is their real mom.

When Prerna is pregnent with Sneha she was married to Anurag .they were nice and happy ..After some times Prerna & Anurag were enemies .Komolika is the spy and you know her? Bajaj was in a side with open eyes ready to open his door to prerna.
Bec of Sneha's fate AP got togethr and produced Prerm 2. AP 's fate do not allow to separate them.
