Hmm...everyone said various possibilities of characters in different permutations and combinations!

On a funny note, lets see how the below would suit each character :

Indroneel as Thakur 😆

Ronit as gabbar! Just imagine him saying 'bohut nainsaafi hain re' or 'kitne aadmi the'!! 😆

Or bajaj and gupta jee as jai and veeru 😆

Debo as radha 😆

Sam as basanti 😆

That would be some sholay to watch 😆 !!

I have not seen sholay, I know its a great movie though..

But amitab and that other guy who were frnz should be played by cez and ronit and that kaalia should be manoj😉that going to be different..and that hema malini should be played by sneha😆

Veeru-Prem 😳 or Anurag
Basanti-Mukti
Jai-Bajaj
Radha-Sneha/Prerna
Thakur-hmm..Indroneil 😆 or even Horihor 😆
Gabbar-This should really be KOBO!(Komo and Debo)

Here is mine:

Gabbar- Ronit Roy (he would be awesome as Gabbar)

Jai - Manoj Bohra (i think he will be quite interesting as Jai)

Radha- Tina (no choice...have to have Tina as Jai's Radha...besides I think she will be perfect as the widow)

Veeru - Cezanne Khan ( would be so different from Anurag...i think he will be great)

Basanti - Shweta!! She will rock as Basanti. She is such a nautanki she will be good at it!!

And sanjeev kumar's role can be played by Shabbir.
