i think it is Bajaj. I think he is changed into the Old Bajaj. He meant to kill Prem and Mukti died, and now to take his revenge he wants all his and prem's business back so he must have made a deal with Komolika to help her get the business back but before that Anurag will find out about Mr Bajaj.....

cud be bajaj, but remember some1 time back they mentioned some1 who helped prem get bajaj empire and also stole the tender????they never showed who tht was, so maybe tht person
