When Prem and Mukti go back to where the whole family is sitting, Prem asks Mukti to take his mother and sisters home.
P: Mom, and my dear behanas, its time for yall to go home now, we have already received a warning, that no more than 2 people can stay. Come on now!
M: Haan mom, chaliye…Kasak, Sneha, come on, we will come back tomorrow.
Prerna is acting like she didn't hear anything, she is lost in her own world, with flashbacks of her Rishabh and herself. Kasak and Sneha wipe their tears off, and they all are getting ready to get up, when suddenly there is this tall, beautiful, confident woman with a great personality enters. She doesn't even look at the Bajaj family and goes to meet the doctor who is responsible for Bajaj. She introduces herself as Namita Gupta. (Yea she is our NAMZY DI aka AMMA) She also comes there with her 24 year old daughter, Prachi. (our ronitian, lolz). They don't see them though.
N: Excuse me, doc I am here to see Mr. Rishabh Bajaj. (she is really worried, but doesn't cry, coz she knows Rishabh is strong enough to fight this through).
D: Yea, but may I know your name, I mean …
She puts her hand forth, for a handshake and introduces herself.
N: I am Namita Gupta, Mr. Bajaj's close friend, and this is my daughter… Prachi Gupta.
Dr: Nice to meet you two, but I can't let anybody meet him right now…he is under critical condition.
N: How critical?
Dr: Critical in the sense…
N: Its ok, doctor…just tell us.
Dr: He is in coma.
Namita is shocked, Prachi is too…
Namita Gupta is Gupta's youngest sister…She is as old as Prerna or even a year or two younger. Namita and Rishabh have known each other all their lives, but got close over the last 5 years. Namita's husband was never there for her and Prachi, but she didn't care as she was quite independent, she just needed a true friend, someone she can and her daughter can count on. Namita lived with Gupta and so that's how Rishabh and Namita got in touch with each other, and ended up being each other's confidante. Rishabh told her everything about his life, every minute detail, and Namita respected him even more for that. She started to love him, but the only problem is that she never revealed her love for him, because she knows that despite his sayin that he now hates Prerna, he will always love her. It was Namita who convinced him to go back to his family, and try to clear the misunderstandings up or end the relationship with Prerna, because it is wrong to keep a woman waiting, especially when you think that you two are not meant to be. Namita firmly believes that Prerna and Rishabh are meant to be and she is gonna make sure that her best friend and her love gets his love back and they live happily ever after.

Ok, so Prachi and Rishabh share a lovely bond themselves. Prachi looks upto Rishabh as her father, and why wouldn't she, when Rishabh treated her like his own. He used to make himself feel like a father by being a father to Prachi, this is how he kept himself going without his kids. If Prachi had known anybody to be her father, it was Rishabh Bajaj.
So back to today, so Prachi and Namita are devastated.
N: So what are the chances Doc? I mean did you seek help from other doctors over the country or internationally?
D: No, we are about to do that.
N: When, damn it…Its been 10 hours since he is in coma and what the hell are yall waiting for?
Namita understands that she is being rude…
N: I am sorry, but I urge you to try your level best…that man cannot die. He is the life of other people, if he dies …
(she finally breaks down, Prachi hugs her mother and she cries too, she takes her out when the Bajaj family are sitting, how convenient. I know they haven't left yet. They all notice that Namita is crying, now they don't know who Namita is…but still. Prerna is still lost in her thoughts dumbfound. Namita is not aware that the Bajaj family is sitting next to her
P: Mom, control yourself…Rishabh uncle will be fine, he is a strong man. (I thought calling him Papa would be a lil too much)
N: I know beta, Rishabh Bajaj wouldn't quit like that, I wanna meet him so bad. I told him to come back here, I bet he must have been really angry or something when he was driving. He always does that…
Prerna can't hear anybody else but Namita cause she heard the words Rishabh Bajaj and and everything after that. Her eyes rose, she is shocked. She sees this beautiful woman of her age sitting and crying for Bajaj, she had never seen her before, her mind is instantly filled with these doubts…u know what I mean. All the Bajaj family members look at Namita and Prachi. They look bak at them…Namita realizes that she is sitting right next to the infamous family who has given her silent love, nothing but pain.
