Guys Mukti not to leave KZK :DREAD:

For the past six years Parvati's major pillars of strength and confidante, particularly after her husband Om's murder, have been her daughter Shruti (she is actually her friend's daughter who got exchanged with her real daughter Gayatri in the Gurudwara) and brother-in-law Kamal. The mother and daughter have shared the best of bonding of love, care and concern. All was well between the two and their bonding has been so strong that it is difficult for viewers to think of Shruti doing anything that's not in Parvati's interest. But that's precisely what's happening. Parvati and Shruti are at loggerheads and are heading for a showdown.

Is it just a ploy to boost TRPs since after Parvati's marriage to Suyash Mehra who allegedly killed Om, nothing dramatic has been happening in Kahani lately? Remember a few months ago how in a sudden twist Kamal had rebelled against Parvati that generated considerable interest in the daily? However, the bomb that was expected to explode and shatter Pallavi to pieces ended as a damp squib.

"Actually having come to live with her mother Shruti is working on a big project with her step-father Suyash Mehra. He has made Shruti in charge of the project and she has discovered that something wrong is happening in the office. Since it affects the project Shruti is objecting to Parvati's interference in the project," explains Tina who wouldn't reveal whether it's just momentary spike to generate TRPs or a genuine twist that will have longer life.

"I really don't know," she says, adding, "Because in a daily soap the life of a existing or new track is decided by viewers' response. If viewers do not respond positively TRPs drop and so the track goes for a toss." In fact, Kamal's rebellion against Parvati didn't find favour with audience and within a week the erring brother-in-law was shown to be acting under coercion. "I don't know how this track will shape and where it will go but even if it last for a couple of months it's a long call in a daily soap," reasons Tina who plays Mukti in Kasautii where she is said to be standing at the exit door of the show.

"No, no…" Tina denies strongly. In fact, after having been in one-sided love with Prerna's son Prem who never reciprocated her feelings Mukti is determined to marry Kul and will soon get engaged to him though Prem will try his best to dissuade her from getting engaged to Kul. "In fact, the real drama will start now," she adds. But then, as Shruti admits, nothing is predictable in dailies. Anything can happen anytime.
