OMG I don't believe u ppl are taking prerna's blabber seriously !!!
It's her own son yaar- the son she loves more than anything else. We all know she loves prem much much more than bajaj. Remember when she was married to bajaj for 20 yrs and prem wasn't there? she used to cry holding his pics 'jiye to jiye kaise bin prem ke'. 20 saal na khud khush rahi na bajaj ko khush rahne diya.
Her life starts and ends with prem, prem, just prem. i still remember the first time prerna misunderstood udi and bajaj finally saved udi from jail...prerna had touched prem's feet!!!! (I have never seen a parent touching child's feet. it's SCARY and extremely weird and cheap too. This just shows the level to which prerna can go just to have prem back. It's not just a mother's love or protection- it's desperation and wild passion- it's like her life breathes through him and she has no other life.)

she will certainly use the Basu's biz to corner komolika and debonita but soon mukti will come and prem will 'improve' once again. one tear and apology round from the baby and mommy will be eager to hug him again. I am sure prerna won't forgive prem in the next 10 episodes or so, but it'll surely happen pretty much soon!!! and NO, she won't do his sarvanash or whatever it is....she loves him way too much to punish him. Nothing he does can make prerna hate him. She has this concept in mind that whatever he does is due to bad 'upbringing' from komolika and aparna. So, nothing he does can be his own fault. She also expects others- whether the bajajs or the deshmukhs- to understand this and to forgive prem. This theory will never change and prem will always be forgiven. (hhmmm...that way we'll have to forgive all the criminals in the world, why just prem..but this is Ekta's serial! can't expect logic..)
