even we dont know what is debo's true identity, when she first came she was introduced as Mohini Basu's distant relative, but ofcourse she is -ve and her main motive is to break the relationship between basus and bajaj, she also creates misunderstandings between Prem and Mukti and she is doing all this for someone, who is that someone , we dont know but he/she is also joined with sharad so even he is included in this plan
