Sai Deodhar > It's awesome . Everybody should get married.

Shweta > If you get any film offer, will you accept it?
Sai Deodhar > Sure, I'd accept it only if I am convinced of the role that is offered to me.

Tiger > What are your new projects?
Sai Deodhar > There are few in the pipeline (films and TV serials). The talks are on, let's hope for the best.

Simpy > When did you realise that you love Shakti?
Sai Deodhar > While I was shooting for Saara Aakaash . We were the best of friends, and it happened gradually.

Shweta > You are very adventurous as Monica. Will you do such roles in the future?
Sai Deodhar > Yes, I would do such roles- probably a different and a challenging one.

Monica > What is the one thing that you liked about Shakti Anand?
Sai Deodhar > His honesty.

Monica > If not an actress then ..........
Sai Deodhar > Definitely a film director.

Pinky_lovely > What's coming up next in Saara Akaash ?
Sai Deodhar > Lots of action, lot of stunts and a good story line. Please watch.

Monica > Are yosu like Monica , the character you essay in Saara Akaash or you are her opposite?
Sai Deodhar > Pretty close to Monica. I am extremely fond of stunts; do all my action sequences. I am a complete tom boy like Monica and I am maturing like her - from a tom boy to becoming a woman.

Sara > You were a child actress too. Can you name some of your assignments as a child actor?
Sai Deodhar > In Prahaar , I played Dimple Kapadia s son. Then did a film called Dyra , directed by Amol Palekar. Did a lot of serials like Shanti, Mriganayani etc

Monica > What are your hobbies?
Sai Deodhar > Dancing (classical dancer in Kathak), reading and writing a lot of poetries.

Monica > Were you a model?
Sai Deodhar > No

Reena > What sort of a person are you in real life- aggressive or soft spoken?
Sai Deodhar > A bit of both.

Monica > Did join an acting school?
Sai Deodhar > Yes, I have trained from Kishore Namit Kapoor.

Monica > When is your birthday? Where were you born?
Sai Deodhar > 21st of April. I was born in Mumbai.

Gaurav > You and your hubby are in the same profession and always working together. Don't you think couples should stay away from each other for sometime so that they do not get tired of each other's company?
Sai Deodhar > I am the third generation in my family to be working with spouse. My grandparents (both were doctors and worked together), my mom (Shrabani Deodhar) film maker and dad (Debu Deodhar) Filmmaker/cameraman - they have always worked together. I think it's a boon in disguise even though everything has its pros and cons. There are more of pros, so it works better for me.

Uma > What preparation did you do to portray a defense pilot in Saara Akaash ? You are pretty convincing in it.
Sai Deodhar > Lot of homework in terms of body language, the graph, the bio sketch of the character, getting the right lingo etc. But it was a challenge.

Feras > Are you going to remain as TV actress or get into Bollywood someday? Do you see yourself playing lead heroine's roles?
Sai Deodhar > Sure I would like to be associated with sensible cinema. I do see myself playing lead heroine roles.

Ensiaar > Are you a tomboy in real life?
Sai Deodhar > Yes, I am. But being a tomboy is a state of mind. You don't necessarily have to be clad in a stereotype dungarees and a cap to be one.

Yadav > How did both your parents influence you in joining acting? Didn't you want to be a cinematographer or a film director?
Sai Deodhar > Saw cinema happening at home from child hood so I had to be a part of the medium in some way or the other.Would love to graduate to become a film director someday.

Monica > Do you have any siblings?
Sai Deodhar > No.

Diya > Sai, read in an interview that you don't want to play roles of girls clad in sexy attires and gyrating to item numbers. Why? That's what sells these days.
Sai Deodhar > Everyone has a choice to make on what he/she wants to be associated with. I don't see my self doing all this. It's an individualistic decision.

Tanya3277 > Sai, tell me how and when did Shakti propose to you?
Sai Deodhar > From Lucknow when he was shooting for crime petrol (TV show). It was on the phone and the sate was 27 th of December, 2004.
