She is shown walking and she is so *hot* that every one is looking at her and the waiters r bumping into each other etc..
Then she sees Prem leaving so she goes after him and after faking a twisted ankle, gets him to take her home.
In the whole epi we see that Prem is NOT interested in her but she tries to get his attention again and again and again.

Oh and whenever she lies (that how good and bholi she is <saying infront of prerna that she gets up every day at 6 to do pooja>) She always says "Ish" in a *would be sexy voice*
And whenever we see her doing something <more like accomplishing something> she says "ish"
