no he is in police custidy cuz prena said mukti is in danger from him. mahesh, bajaj's bro, is goin to fight the case for them. he knows the truth and all, and shalinde just found out yesterday after mahesh told him. mahesh id only fighting it for sneha, if sharad goes to jail he belives sneha will suffer.....but who knows he might go against sharad.

and no mukti prem are not married, they ahvent talkied for a while, and prem is helping sharad. dont knwo if its fake or not
