I hate both UD and SHARAD.....they r equally worse....

A rapist is worse, but supporting a rapist is worst too!

LOL psawyer, you are just as dejected as I am about Prem/UD. I went crazy trying to analyze UD's behavior and see some reasoning for that... and hence his "I am so afraid of emotional attachments" analysis.

But now, he is despicable and vile. May be his oft-repeated prediction will come true after all: Mother India will shoot yet another Birju in the culmination of the ultimate Kasauti, ek maa ki kasauti.

you know what, if she kills him, its only because he deserves it. the only reason i would be upset if that happened, is that manoj would be off my screen...but i guess i could always watch shararat for that...at least he's not evil in that 😆 😉

Sharad rapes women. UD breaks women... by breaking their hearts. Sharad violated Mukti and frightened her. UD played with her emotions and broke her heart. While Sharad got goons to threaten Mukti with gang rape, UD got together his friends and laughed at her love.

In the end, Mukti can move on from Sharad because though he violated her, he never had her heart or her emotions. UD had in his control the love of Mukti, which he ripped and threw in her face. He laughed at her feelings, at her broken heart, at the night they spent together which to Mukti was (ironically) sacred and beautiful, and at the purity of her love. UD I think broke Mukti in a way Sharad never could. I wonder how she will ever fall in love again.

And I am tired of reasoning and justifying and making excuses for UD's behavior. NO MORE!

Yeah i know That UD's Behaviour in the past hasn't been good but i'm going to have to Argue what you said, So what you're saying is that its ok if a Man Rapes Women? Then a Man Who Just Plays With Emotions?

And Prem Did Break Mukti's Heart, But Mukti Should of seen his Character, Sharad on the other hand played with her much before and Raped her for Revenge. She Squirmed and That Made Sharad feel Much Better about it.
When UD Apoligised to Mukti, That Shows That he does realise he does feel bad. And UD Didn't get his friends to laugh at her love :S
They Just Wanted to Frighten her, to Teach her a lesson.
BUT PLEASE DONT SAY THAT UD IS WORSE THAN SHARAD, SHARAD IS MUCH MUCH WORSE.
SHARAD, a man who is already married with a woman who is pregnent with his child. Still Cheated on Sneha with a girl, Rapes Mukti then Wanted to Rape YET ANOTHER GIRL.

UD, a man who was Poisoned with Apurnas Talks had grown up to be a spoilted person. And He Tried to Ruin Sneha's Life, because he was horrible then he didn't know that it was his sister! and when he broke Prem 1's Samadi he didn't know he wanted just revenge thats all! And the night with Mukti, MUKTI WANTED TO SPEND IT WITH HIM. HOW SILLY IS THAT WHEN MUKTI SEES UD GOING TO SPEND THE NIGHT WHEN A GIRL AND THEN FEELING ALL BAD ABOUT IT THEN MAKING PREM SPEND THE NIGHT WITH HER.
But who wouldn't want to spend the night with a girl? if that person has the character of UD who is always partying and spending nights with girls?


I know whatever he has done is wrong, but for most of them he has been sorry about it. But for Sharads Actions, Thats a Never.

And UD was a Spoilt Man who has Came Back, But he will eventually die and become the Prem we are waiting for.

guys! I think they both r worse & who is more worse that doesn't matter.worse is worse,kam ya zyada nahi hota.
as of sharad he will definately face the jail as he has done a bad thing n for prem he will also get his punishment when he will fall in love with mukti & she will reject him.tab woh samjhega ki dard kya hota hai. jab woh sth chahega aur use nahi milega.

and I hope that day will come soon.

n one more thing prem & UD r one person the bad things he is doing woh usse ke khate mein jayegi yeh nahi ki ache kam kiye toh prem bure kam kiye to UD.
so I don't agree ki abhi woh UD hai aur jab acha ho jayega toh prem,kiye to saaree bure kam usne hi na.

Unfortunately, broken heart and Vasu, well UD will change into Prem...May be in another 6 months or may be a little longer. The thing is well Prerna is now faced with her Prem ki Kasauti or whatever and well, according to Ekta's twisted mind, Prerna and Anurag killed the Prem in UD when they didn't trust him. The story will come back to that. Don't think Prerna will kill Prem, Ekta repeats storylines but she is usually more subtle.

Thats my biggest problem with Ekta...she will make a sickening creature like UD humane......I really hate it. I can understand characters who have grey shades. But she keeps seesawing her characters between good and evil. The sadder part is Mukti will fall for Prem again..well may be in about a year or less...when Prem will reform himself. The saddest part is that all of us.....audience members will actually be cheering for it when it happens.....

Ekta needs to find new villains...Aparna is in jail and Komolika in mental hospital. So the only alternative she has is to use Sharad and UD as her new villains to obviously stretch this stupid track.

You have brought up a very ineterseting topic!
I think Prem and Sharad are jsut plain bad. There is no worst i think they have gone beyond that point.
Sharad shattered Mukti's confidence, her selfrespect, dignity. Broke her relationship with Sneha. Anurag and Bajaj dont trust her either, and he is making Sneha go against Prerna.
Prem once again broke mukti's trust, her trust in love. I dont think she can ever fall in love again. Twice she has been betryaed and used by Prem. I am very ashamed. Even though these characters are not real they are cheap and I pray to god that no one in the world is like these unsensitive fools.
After all the has happened i think both are just beyond the worst point.
I defintly do not think that Prem deserves Mukti, as much as I like their pair, she deserves much much better. Prem and Sharad deserve to be punished severly.
If they dont and are jsut forgived like that...it is a big humiliation.
If Prem is supposed to turn good again I have no idea how that is going to happen because he is pure evil. Wht is he going to do to redeem himself in Mukti's eyes, the audiences eyes?
I am sick of this track........I hope Prem and Sharad get a big punishment and something nice happens for Mukti!

he does something bad everyday
instead of helping mukti he is making her life hell
he does not believe in love whereas thats the main thing a hero is suppose to do
he is always on the wrong side
even i am sorry but the fact is that PREM IS A VILLIAN.
he is not at all good and so i hate him
his acting and looks are cool but if u look in the serial context he is a devil

This is what really grates me. A character in Ekta's serials is either:

a) inhumanly good and virtuous, e.g. Tulsi Maiya, her son Karan (who can do no wrong) and Anurag (whose list of self-sacrifices should have won him the Nobel Prize long ago).

b) completely and unalterably evil, e.g. Komo, Sasha, Ansh

c) a potentially good character who for stupid reasons became SOOOO evil that it was hard to remember when and if they were good in the first place, e.g. Mandira (remember when she was just a lonely, confused doctor who fell for the wrong guy?), Aparna (why was she evil again?) and now Prem.

These are not "grey shades". This is character assisnation. It is an attempt to make the audience feel like fools that we couldn't spot this coming. What was the need to turn Aparna evil? After showing so much of her gentle and forgiving nature? and Mandira, who after 30 + years is STILL running after the same guy, who now has more kids than was thought possible? And don't even get me started on Prem. A stock dialogue that these characters boften utter is "I'm gonna get revenge on you for what you did to me". What did the "goodies" actually ever do? The bad guys unexpectedly turn evil and start the fight, and suddenly it becomes the good guys' fault? What is the logic behind this?

A character with grey shades was early Bajaj, who was sooo righteous but yet prone to bouts of jealousy and, driven by that jealousy, he made mistakes. Another character with grey shades was Sujal (Rajeev, not Gurpreet). Sujal was introverted, quiet and aloof to the point that people thought he was proud and vain. He lived for love and when he didn't get it, his love fuelled him into hatred. But he was good and insecure and afraid to love for fear of losing that love.

Those are "grey shades". People in the above categories have no grey shades; they are one-dimensional. And what is sad is the fact that Ekta attempts to convince us that these characters are merely misunderstood. Like currently in KGGK, Gayatri kidnapped her own sister and now is crying about it. I'm sorry, but no amount of insecurity can lead a supposedly loving and caring sister to do such things to her own sibling...except of course, in Ekta's world...
