We are not callng this a mockery of the institution of marriage just because of that one conversation that took place between Anurag and Prerna yesterday. we have said it taking all the present and past things into account!

Prerna literally treats Anurag as her husband, so why should we NOT call that a mockery of her marriage with Rishabh. Just look at the contrast in her reactions when Rishabh refused to side with her..and when Anurag the great refused to side with her. She was talking crap! She was talking about the love she had/has for him and that she is ending it all today. As someone has rightly said, even emotional fluctuation like this IS termed to be betrayal. I dont think that Prerna has any right of calling herself righteous and the gaurdian of justice!

And heyyyy! Nobody's blaming Prerna for standing up for what she feels is right. She HAS to convince the right people at the right time. But what does she do? Everytime Sharad tricks her, instead of telling and showing all the evidence to people - she keeps yelling that she is sure that Sharad is a rapist and all that crapastic stuff..she is getting on everybody's nerves and this time even Prerna's fans cannot defend her!

Her asking for help is not unnatural...but the way she asked for it is definately unnatural. Have you seen the episode...she & Anurag talk of the 'love' between them...they talk of him being her 'saaya' & him always supposrting her no matter what.....is she in her senses...I doubt it....she had not seen him for 20 years & for 8 years b4 that....so if he was not present, how can he support her....she seems to have forgotten that it was Rishabh & ONLY Rishabh who has stood by her always, thru thick & thin.

As far ppl not wanting to marry divorcees after seeing Prerna, I doubt if ppl take examples from serials...but yes, if divorcees are teh way Prerna is, I would definately be wary of them. Observe how her behaviour changed over teh years...earlier during her 1st marraiage to Rishabh she was the perfect wife to him & perfect mother to his children. After she seprated from Anurag, she had already given birth to Sneha...her entire focus changed from Kuki to Sneha. I rememebr that episode wher she slaps Kuki bcoz her frinds locks Sneha's room...Kuki was also young..she didnt bother to inquire of Kuki had done it or someone else...After Yudi has come back, no one else holds precednce over him & Sneha....

More than justuce for Mukti, she is trying to save Sneha...I'm 100% sure had it been Kuki/Vish's husband, she would not have been so troubled for them the way she is for Sneha....it shows that she is more attached to her biological kids than the kids by marriage.

AND, God help those ppl who consider a female like Prerna as role model

It was real idiotic on her part. And I too doubt what she was thinking about when she said all those things. Prerna is so full of double standards and mediocrity and fluctuations, who the hell thinks that she is a role model!

God bless them all! LOL! Anurag and Prerna were sick to the core! Cmon yaar! She has had a blissful marriage for 30 years with Rishabh and all through these years, Rishabh never ever gave her a chance to think about Anurag..leave alone REMEMBERING him and considering him as her saaya! This is pure rubbish!!!

This is because someone can be with you and can care for you without having to be your illicit lover. Anurag happened to be one such person for Prerna... who was always with her (even when against her) for the past twenty years. She knows that Bajaj is already mad at her, so she hoping she could depend on Anurag, who is her wellwisher, who understands her pain, who has been and is some part of her life. That she called him at Prem's grave shows that their relationship is strictly that of two parents who must fight for their kids. That's why in today's episode there were no love scene flashbacks, but simply the flashbacks of those scenes when Anu and Prerna were parents.

It's mamta ki Kasuati, not pyaar ki Kasauti. Anurag is not an illicit lover that Prerna must hide from Bajaj. He simply happens to be the only person who can understand her pain of losing Prem 1, her love for Sneha, and her "mamta" for her children. After all that Anu-Prerna shared, how can she simply forget him and fling him aside??? And the fact that she does not forget Anu and does not fling him aside does not mean she is cheating on Bajaj or that she is not a faithful wife or that she doesn't love him.

I don't know who Prerna loves, but she is damn good at doing her duty to the several different roles she plays in her life. Whatever the circumstances, she is being portrayed to be a loyal wife, a caring and loving mother, a good friend/companion/wellwisher to the man she once shared her life with, and a strong woman who does not back down when injustice is done on another woman.

I admire Prerna's character very much, so sorry I just could not deal with the mudslinging on her. Sorry for the long post.

I completely agree with u broken heart only Anurag is a person who always supports Prerna except one time when Anurag had in missunderstanding but this missunderstanding was also created by Bajaj

i'm just only at prerna's side i'm supporting her beacause i know she is right she's fighting for the truth
and i don't care about the men (anurag and bajaj)they really are two irritating men both are saying that they love prerna more then their life but both are not trusting her and don't want to support her

But isn't Bajaj the FIRST man she goes to for help though??? She asks him for her right... her right to demand total trust from her husband, for 24 hours. When she fails, she knows she broke her husband's trust. I don't think Prerna and Anurag talked about a "love" between them at Prem's samadhi. To my knowledge, they talk about a relationship they share -- which Prerna says completely broke after that day. It doesn't have to be strictly a romantic love relationship, but you guys seemed to have interpreted it that way.

Prerna is a role model for me. I personally don't give a damn who she marries or how many times she marries or who she loves, etc. What is admirable is the way she fights injustice, the way she could consider placing ek driver ki beti before her son-in-law and even her son Prem. It's admirable that if the men in her life leave her, she won't lose courage and run home. It's admirable that she fights, or that she believes in equality in treating boys and girls, or standing up for what she believes in, etc.

I agree with you broken heart. its not about her love life, but prerna as a woman that really brings out the best in her.
