HE WAS KIDNAPPED BY SUBROTO KOMO MAAI & SOMWHERE BAJAJ... SOMTHING LIKE THAT I DUNNO THE EXACT THING, BUT HE WUZ SURELY KIDNAPPED BY THEM.

he was kidnapped by shubratoo and kamolika's men and then he was given extra annesthesia(thing that makes u unconscious) and so he died

exactly. If my memory serves me right, Bajaj our man had nothing to do with the kidnapping,he knew nothing about it that time..

instead he helped prerna in bringing the ransom money but they arrived late on the scene coz anurag had arrived with police too and the kidnappers panicked seeing them giving prem1 extra anesthesia..resulting in him dieing..that was a very cruel scene man..
