Starts with Shweta really shocked: Anurag, you?
Anjali is upset yet happy that Anurag is back: I'm very hurt that you didn't
make it to my birthday, more so you didn't even send a
gift like you have been every year.
Anurag: Sorry, but i had exams so i forgot to send the gift,
instead i bought them with me.
Shweta goes to feed Anurag a piece of the cake but he resists and insists on feeding her.
He takes the slice and stuffs all of it into Shweta's mouth.
Everyone has a good laugh, however, Shweta gets angry and stomps off.
Anurag thinks to himself: Shes hasn't changed one bit, even today she gets
upset over small things.
On the other hand Shweta is outside thinking that Anurag is the same, keeps
making the same old lame jokes.
She thinks that she has to get back at him somehow.
There in the hall, Akshat tells Anurag to go and get Shweta.
Anurag: Why should i? If she can't take a joke what can i do?
Akshat: You upsetted her so now you go pacify her.
Anurag: Fine and goes outside.
Shweta is deep into her own thoughts.
Anurag: Still angry?
Shweta: Why would i be? You were just joking.
Anurag: I'm sorry.
Shweta: For what?
Anurag: If you felt bad about my stuffing the cake
slice in your mouth.
Now don't say your not upset, shows clearly on your face.
Everyone's waiting inside, we should go in.
Shweta: Can i ask one thing?
Anurag: Sure.
Shweta: Eleven years have gone and you still remembered that same wind chime
you broke?
Anurag: How can not remember, besides even you took good care of the charm
bracelet i gave you back then.
Shweta: That i had to coz it was so pretty and it has bought me a lot of
luck.
Anjali comes outside looking for them: You both are here talking and inside
everyone is worried about you, they will think you'll be upset.
Shweta: Anjali, you know better than everyone that i don't get upset easily,
and that i fake it for the attention.
Anurag: Shweta, i didn't know that you played up this much.
Shweta: Sometimes i have to, to get back at you.
Anurag laughs and shakes it head: Now its seems like the old Shweta is
standing in front of me.
All three of them enter the hall and everyone is relieved that Shweta
has cheered up.
One by one, Shweta opens the gifts given to her. Last of all she gets to
the one her parents have given her.
Its a small box, with a key in it.
She looks at the key confusingly, then realises its for a car.
She turns to her parents with tears in her eyes.
Shweta: You bought me a car, but...
Its too much, i can't accept it.
Mohini: Dear, Akshat got the same thing, so why can't you have
the same thing?
Vikram: Anywayz, you'll be joining the office, won't you?
Remember you made me promise i'll let you join after you finish your
studies.
Shweta: Yes. Thank you. Gives each of her parents a big hug.
After that Aryan, Karan and Gauri appear.
Anurag introduces Gauri to his parents, Anjali and Shweta.
Rajeev, Kashish, Shalini and Akshat go off to dance.
So do Karan and Gauri.
Aryan asks Anjali for a dance.
