Seems like this post is never ending. I stayed out of this post because I think these arguements are totally unncessary. Ok we all have our own perspective. Bajaj fans hated the fact that Sneha excepted Anurag. Anurag fans loved it when she called him papa. But being true to the topic of this thread, I will give my opinion. The episode was definitely brilliant. Because this was the one episode that can stand on its own without the past story of kzk or its characters. Whether you agree with what happened or not, the episode had potential to affect any person regardless of his/her awareness of the characters' past. It was emotional and these emotions were universal. This is something i would call a timeless episode. It wasn't about Anurag and Sneha. It wasn't about a man who didn't except his child. It wasn't about a daughter whose biological parent refused to give her name. It was about a father and a daughter. That is why i say that I didn't like it when Prerna interrupted. Ofcourse from story's perspective she had a say in the matter. But it was a reminder to the viewer that this is part of a story line. Otherwise, while watching the whole scene, i had forgotten that this scene is just part of a drama sequence. For me that scene would bring the same emotional response from viewers even if the characters were changed. Being a daughter I felt i could relate to it very much. And yes I had cried during the episode, which is quite rare. I usually cannot cry in emotional moments even in my real life. And I really envy all those people who can express their feelings so easily.
Anyways, The dialogues, the music and everyone's performance made it a masterpiece. And I apluade all the people who were involved in making this episode. For me this was the best any art could offer. Kasuati had few such scenes that touch your heart in the past, such as when Sneha finds out that Bajaj isn't her biological father. That scene between Bajaj and Sneha, that was a masterpiece. At that time I felt the same way towards bajaj as i felt for Anu in yesterday's episode. I have saved a couple of these episode because they are so close to my heart.

Just a little thought: Why I think Bajaj is not angry at Sneha. He loves her immensely and Sneha loves him the same. And in love, there is no such a thing as give and take. If Bajaj asks Sneha to be loyal to him and hate Anurag, then it will turn Bajaj's deed into a favor. Bajaj didn't give Sneha all fatherly love out of any selfish means. Love doesn't have a purpose. A parent child relationship isn't a contract. It is a bond that forms automatically. It cannot for deliberately. And it cannot be broken deliberaberatly either. For Bajaj, Sneha is his little girl and she will always remain so. And Sneha knows that very well. And her acceptance of anurag's love cannot change that. If Bajaj ever asks sneha to show her loyalty to him and not accept Anurag, then Bajaj will be insulting his own love for Sneha.

You are absolutely right Suchi! Everyone has their beliefs and views...each to his or her own...this episode was about a father and his daughter...the episode stands alone on its own...reagardless of the story...it indeed is a masterpiece!!

As for the whole Papa thing...I don't see any problems. Even taking Anurag out of the situation, I still don't see any problems. Maybe I am used to this...I have a brother who calls my parents Ma and Pa while his parents are still there...My parents have called this lady Ma even when their parents were alive...It is all about feeling for someone. If someone is nice enough, you can indeed call someone Papa or Ma.And sometimes these called Mom and Dads get respect and almost equal status from everyone in the family.

And in this case, it was her biological father who has been so nice to her and her family. Calling Anu Papa does not mean he got the same status as Bajaj. It just showed her acceptance and feelings for Anurag. I can't see anything immoral or ungrateful here. This is just my opinion. You of course may disagree.
