Part 2

Prerna called Dhara, her best friend. She shrieked on the phone "Congraats yaar. I am so happy for you." Prerna replied " I start from tomorrow". Dhara asked "How is your boss? The rich and industrial Nihaal Garewal. Jiske aagey ladkiyon ki line lag jaati hain..." Prerna thought for a moment. There was something about him. she did not know what that was though. Prerna answered " Woh ache hain..Leken alag hain..."

The next day Prerna was leaving for work and she grabbed the taxi. On her way to work, she got in a minor accident. Whose car was involved in the accident? Oh!Nihaal Garewal! Her boss! Nihaal got out of the car angrily and so did the driver of the taxi and they got into an argument. Prerna while sitting in the taxi looked at her wrist watch impatiently, she jsut could not afford to be late at all. She had no idea that the driver was arguing with her boss.She remembered what Nihaal had said to her, " Always be punctual. Jo waqt ki kadad nahin karte, waqt unki kadar nahin karta". Prerna stepped out of her car and she saw Nihaal. Nihaal said angrily "Bloody Driver, tumhari aukath kya hai, pata nahin tum jaise jaahil logon ko license kaun deta hai...Bloody uneducated driver" All the blood was flushed to his face. Prerna was shocked at Nihaal's behavior, Nihaal stepped away saying "You know what..I don't even have to talk to you..Main tum jaise logon ke muh nahin lagta" As Nihaal turned around to go sit in his car, Aa voice that he recognized called out to him "Excuse me Sir" Nihaal turned around and saw Prerna. Prerna said "Aaapko ees tarha kisi ensan se baat nahinkarni chahiye....main nahin jaanti ki galati kiski hain.leken aukath..class..ye saab chizen koi maaine nahin rakhti----" Nihaal raised his hand to shush her "Mujhe tumse koi lecture nahin sun na hai.." He walked away. Prerna was struck. What was up with him?

Prerna reached late to her office, because of the damage to the taxi, it took her a while to find a new taxi. She walked in late and saw Nihaal who was already walking ahead of her and every single person in the office standing to greet him good morning. Nihaal just kept walking ignoring all the greetings. No one greeted Prerna but she on the other hand greeted everyone. As she reached her cabin, the secretary said "Sir ne aap ko aandar bulaya hain..."

Prerna walked into his office and he was leaning back in his chair. He said "You're late. First day aur aap late hain Miss. Sharma.." Prerna did not know what to say, he had seen everything, yet he was blaming her. Prerna hardly lost her temper and patience. She calmly said"Sir, aap accident ke baare mein jaante hain----" Nihaal said " I don't need to hear any excuses. You're late and that's it" This was so unfair! Prerna thought. None of it was her fault! Nihaal said "You're fired"
