I liked Gurdeep in Sindoor and I think she will do a great job. I am a PD fan and that's why i wish her all the best in bollywood, where she wants to be. I also wish Gurdeep all the best too. I for one will give her a chance and hope another talented actress will be loved as bani.

Though I have been a non-kasamh se viewer for quite some time now, I do pay a visit every now and then to India Forums (old habits die hard I suppose). So, having read this little bit of news, I think Ekta is correct in that the show must go on though admittedly and selfishly I secretly wished that the KS powers that be take the show off air with a happy ending and leave a good taste in the loyal viewers mouth.

As far as this replacement is concerned, I think that it's not a question of the calibre of the new actress (she may be a good, bad or average actress for some)or for that matter her looks but the attachment that many have towards Prachi after having portrayed the character of Bani for some two years. She has infused life into Bani and therefore, for many, rightly or wrongly Bani and Prachi are two sides of the same coin. So whether she goes to Bollywood, Hollywood, Tollywood, or Timbukto, for many she will remain Prachi Bani Walia of Kasamh Se fame.

Nevertheless, all the best to the serial and the replacement.

I loved Prachi, since the first time I saw ks on television. She's now one of my favorite actors of Tellywood and I'm sure she'll do great in Bollywood to. Gurdeep was really good in Sinndoor (can't wait to see her as bani), but I'm really going to miss Prachi 😭
