After the meeting was finished, jai sat in the boardroom reading the files, as the deals were finalized for the project in Shimla with the Oberio's when Aditya entered the room, holding two cups of coffee.
"Jai why are you still here?" He looked at his brother-in-law, who was engrossed in the file, as Aditya place one coffee, Jai motioned with his hands, thank you.
"Aditya give me an second, I will put the papers away and will join you." As he gathered the papers, and putting them in the file, Aditya pulled an chair.
"So is everything ok at home?" Aditya asked, while Jai snipped his coffee.
"Sure everything is ok, expect Atharva."
"What happened to him?" Aditya looked concerned.
"Nothing happened to him, he just asked me an question, which I wasn't even prepared for."
"What kind of question, did he asked?" He raised his eyebrows at Jai.
" He asked million dollar question, where does baby come from?
Aditya suppressed his laughter, "I was lucky that Ranveer didn't ask me the question when Jigs was expecting Anu."
"You were lucky! As he shook his head.
"Don't worry Jai, Atharva will forget, kids don't remember stuff like that."
"I hope so."
"But Atharva is not your problem, Bani is right."
"Bani…he looked alarmed by the sudden change of topic starting with his wife, I didn't even… he was cut of by Aditya.
"Jai, I have known you for an long time, and I can clearly read your face, when there is problem." He stated, "plus I haven seen you lost while you were doing the presentation."
"You are right, he admitted more to himself, she is on my mind, I am just not digesting the fact that Bani is pregnant at this age."
"Jai everyone was surprised and shocked by Bani unexpected news, your Di was wishing this wasan early April fool joke played by you and Bani. " Jai smiled at his brother.
"That's what I was hoping."
"Sometimes life is full of unexpected surprises, some are wonderful some are good. Do you want the baby? He searched his brother-in-law face.
"Of course I want the child Aditya." What sort of question is that?
"Then what?"
"I am just scared of loosing Bani, what if something goes wrong, closing his eyes.
"Jai you sound like a man, whose wife is expecting their first child, but nothing will go wrong with Bani and the baby." Aditya assured his brother-in-law.
"That's exactly what Bani, told me, that she will make it through, and will be here until our 50th anniversary."
"50th anniversary, you plan to stay married to her for that long." Aditya joked.
"Nah, if I see someone as beautiful as her I will marry her, but Bani does complain that her soutens are my golf clubs, and the laptop."
"That exactly what Jigs, complains that I am married to my work, woman you can't live without them." Both of them agreed in silence,
"Ahem to that, as he drank his coffee, thanks for the talk Jij."
"No problem, but Jai if you are concerned about Bani and the baby's health, go and talk to her gynecologist. "
"I have already called Dr. Simran, and talked to her. She assured me that Bani is fit to have the baby and carry it to its full term without having any complications."
"Then what are you worried about, don't let this create a distance between Bani and you, she needs you in this condition, and your help with the boys."
Having talked to his brother-in-law, it made him feel at ease, as they exited the boardroom and joined Ranveer for lunch.

Bani heard the knock on her office door in the Caf Central which was coffee house, that had an bakery, and cyber world for college student and everyone to hang out with.
"Bani how are you feeling?"
"Better, but I can't stand the smell of coffee, this morning for some reason." As she folded her hands in front of her.
"How's everything at the front", as it was noon, and the shop will be buzzing with college students for lunch.
"Customers are coming in, but everything is good.
"Do you need my help in the kitchen?"
"No way honey, I don't want you to do any of the heavy lifting, since you are pregnant."
"I am pregnant, not invalid."
"Yes you are pregnant, God Bani, I can't believe you are pregnant. Bani smiled at her friend and business partner who she got acquainted with at te day care center where she was dropping her youngest son, and ever since they have become friends.
"How did Jai react when he heard the news?"
"He was concerned, worried, but he was shocked and surprised, did I mention worried."
"Poor guy, if I told that to Nitin, would have a heart attack if I dropped an bombshell at him." She laughed the thought of her husband fainting, making Bani smile."
Nitin was Kamlesh husband same age as Jai but his body with an heavy built, but truly an wonderful person from the heart.
Give him time, he would come through, trust me honey he will come true, I have been married for almost twenty years.
I hope so. She prayed in her mind.
"So have you been to the maternity store?"
"No I haven't been." She lowered her gaze to her abdomen, this morning she couldn't fit into one of her skirts, as the zipper wouldn't close.
"Why, woman are meant to be shopping, and plus this pregnancy gives you another reason to shop."
Bani smiled to herself, Kamlesh, loved to shop for any occasions, she was the one who ordered the supplies, she wondered how Nitin, never got bankrupt.
"How about I give you company, if you are dreading to go the maternity shop." She suggested
But this weekend I have to help Jigaysa di with the preparation for holi as its two weeks away, Jai is taking the kids out for fishing to the lake along with Ranveer.
Bani, no matter what you will have to go to the store, as you almost in your fourth month and you will need your clothes. Or you can wear my clothes, but they will be loose. She winked, as she head out to
Shaking her head, she went and to turn of the computer as she went and helped in the front and check the staff in the kitchen.
