Episode begins with a recap of JW's words from yesterday's episode. If you cannot be a mother to your children then you shouldn't produce them and that I pray you never enjoy the bliss of motherhood, Bani telling him to stop his tirade, Ganga fainting. Daksh tells Bani that they should take Ganga to the hospital ASAP. Bani and Daksh lift Ganga in to the auto. Meera goes to follow when Karuna tells that she can go but then she can never return to this house as JW will kick her out as well. Bani leaves with Ganga as Meera watches and cries helplessly and Purva sympathises.
JW comes striding into the house and goes straight to Ganga's room. In a furious rage he pulls all of Ganga's toys to the flooor and with a set look on his face sets it all alight. As the flames leap, Karuna comes and begins instigating him against Meera. She tells him that Bani had left the house and its incomprehensible how she's trying to gain entry via Ganga again but all of this could only be done because Meera helped her. It was she who kept bringing Ganga to this home and into your heart made you feel affectionate towards her. Meera must've known all about Bani and Bani's shamelessness is outdone by Meera's betrayal. She knew how much Bani hurt you, she was not allowed a glimpse into your past and she has the audacity to rerun your painful past, its such a big betrayal. She tells JW that only Meera has the answers as to why she joined hands with Bani, he should ask her why she did it. JW looks shocked and angered.
At the hospital Ganga is on a stretcher while Bani and Daksh are running alongside, Bani in tears. The doctors hook her up to machines and begin running blood tests. Bani is shown praying and in tears. Daksh tells her that he'll fetch Maasi. The doctors get the blood report and are horrified. A major bungling has taken place and the goodwill of the hospital is at stake. They are stumped as to how it could have taken place. Maasi is shown waiting at the station worried that its late and Bani has not arrived as yet. She says that its amavasya and that she hopes the panditji's forecast does not come true. Daksh comes in a cab and narrates the whole incident right from JW throwing out Ganga to her landing in hospital. They leave.
At the hospital, the doctors tell Bani that they have to discuss something important with her.
In WM Meera is sitting with a sad face when JW enters the bedroom and locks the door behind him. He turns up the volume of the stereo and the television and very softly and deliberately asks her how much she hates him. Meera is taken aback and he tells her that she has to hate him if she is insistent on bringing the living proof of Bani's infidelity in front of him. He muses what she wants to achieve, to show the world that he's not man enough to produce a child?? He tells her that they don't need to adopt, he'll give her a child right here and now.and backs her up against the wall. Meera tells him that right now he's not in his senses, but JW is deaf to her words. He tells her that people have children for love but he will conceive a child in hatred , and will only hate both the child and the mother. Both Bani and Meera have betrayed him and says that the only difference between this child and Ganga will be that this one will be legitimate. Meera yells at him to leave her and JW leaves with a disgusted look.
The doctors break the news to Bani that Ganga's reports were interchanged with hers and that Ganga has cancer. The room darkens as Bani is in shock. The doctor reminds her of a chance of treatment with the matching bone marrow of a family member. Bani had refused because of lack of money, but now Ganga will have a chance if her husband will donate bone marrow. Often the patient recovers. A nurse comes with the news that the child is conscious. Bani walks away thinking of the doctor's words and thinks of all the times she was cruel to Ganga.
Ganga is conscious and clings to her mother asking her why her father is angry with her. Bani tries to pacify her and tells her to sleep as she remembers all her happy moments with Ganga. Ganga tells her that she's always wished for her parents to be together and happy.
Episode ends. A preview of tomorrow's episode shows Maasi falling at a shocked JW's feet.
