Everyone is looking at the chain( the police have disappeared). Raashi looks at the chain and identifies it as Ranveer's as its a chain she had gifted him. Everyone looks shocked and Jigz promptly tells her to shut up and not try to get back at Ranveer for not loving her. But Bani pipes in saying that it is true, Ranveer and Raashi are having problems and he wants her dead. At that point Raashi breaks down and reveals all about Ranveer's abuse, his hitting, his threats, and even the rape. Everyone is shellshocked and Jai and Adi look furious. Adi goes to Ranveer and says that today you have made me ashamed, didn't you even once think of the paralysed wwoman, that Rano and Pia could have died? At that Ranveer bursts out that he hadn't wanted to harm them he only wanted to get rid of Raashi. Hearing all of this Jai is furious and says that Ranveer has no right to stay with normal people since he's behaved in such an inhuman fashion. Bani stops him and says that since he's Raashi's gunehgaar she will punish Ranveer, Dadi also agrees and says she's with Raashi. Raashi agrees and says that Jai was right Ranveer should not live with them. Maasi is horrified that her age she has to listen to all this, but also supports Raashi's decision. Ranveer then grabs Raashi and says that he won't let Raashi get away with this and begins to leave. Jigz stops him and says that everyone is saying whatever they want. She goes to Adi and reminds him of the time Adi had fasted and prayed for his son when he was unwell, but Adi says that there's a difference between a son and a criminal. She begs Jai to reconsider saying that Ranveer has always stood by him and helped him with business, Jai remains silent. She goes to Dadi and tells her that this is the grandson who you used to bless every morning. Everyone remains silent. Then she goes to Raashi and tells her that this is the husband whose acceptance you were crying for, tell him to stay. Ranveer tells his mother to stop begging for him and leaves. Jigz then comes to Bani and blames her for all her losses, she lost her brother's love, then Saahil and now Ranveer, Bani is getting back at her thru Ranveer. She tells Bani hat now I have nothing to lose, and now I'll make you lose everyday, and in front of Jai I'm telling you that I will destroy you. She leaves and Bani and Adi go to Raashi. Adi tells Raashi that henceforth she'll live like the daughter of the house. Rano tries to offer comfort but Bani stops her saying that Raashi has made a difficult decision and they all must support her not make her weak.
The kids are showing Pia their toys and Veer pulls her hand. Pia slumps forward and Bani comes rushing in. She helps Pia to sit upright and tells the kids not to bother her as she's unwell. Rano comes in and Bani asks her if Raashi's eaten. Rano says no and she's not speaking either. Bani tells Rano to keep an eye on Pia and the kids and Rano tells the kids she'll look at their toys.
Bani sees Raashi on the swing and tells her that all are worried about her. Raashi is traumatised and says that the man she fought death for, the man she got married again so that he would be happy, the man she loved ,wanted to kill her?? What did she do wrong, it would've been better for everyone if she'd died of cancer. Bani looks at her sadly as Raashi breaks into anguished sobs.
Adi and Jai are talking and Adi is not happy at Jai seeking money from outside investors. Jai says that he can't wait for opportunity and has to find a way out. He can't see his family suffer, they've always depended on him and he's always been able to provide them with a lavish lifestyle. Adi agrees and Jai sees Bani behind Adi. Adi leaves and Bani says that all this is coz of me, I wish I could help in some way, but all I can do is regret ,how much more will you have to struggle for all of us? Jai says that its just a bad time, but Bani says why is time always bad for us, one problem after another cropping up.We've never harmed anyone why does this happen to us. Jai says that she should not be so negative and that she's the most precious thing in his life. He tells her to have faith in him and to go to sleep as he has to stay up working on his presentatin. Jai is working on his laptop looking tired and Bani comes handing him water and Jai smiles sweetly at ker. She keeps hovering around him and Epi ends.
