The episode starts with Ranveer trying to call Rano up as she has yet no arrived. Aditya comes and asks Ranveer what is he doing to which he inquires about Rano. Aditya tells Ranveer that Rano won't be coming and leaves. Rashi comes there and gives Ranveer his wallet that he had forgotten at home. He opens it and see's that Rano's photo is no longer there. He gets angry and asks her with what authority has she removed it to which she replies that she has done so with the authority of a wife. Ranveer tells her that, that relationship no longer exists and she was the one who tied him and Rano into matrimony and that his life is with Rano now and he walks away. Rashi tells herself that she will fight for her relationship and the authority was given to her when Ranveer and Rashi took the saath phera's five years ago.
Moksh tells Bani that all the arrangements have been made according to what Bani had asked for but he asks her what are they celebrating. She tells him that everyone will know the reason for this celebration in just a little while. Everyone is standing there and she tells them that today is a very important day for the Walia's and for her. A slide show showing the rise of the Walia Group of Companies is shown and then she says that everything comes to an end. The Walia banner is pulled down and replaced by the Durga Group of Company banner. Everyone just stares at her. Moksh tells Jai that all will stand by him to which Jai says that if they want to see him happy they should go with Bani. Bani offers all the employees double the salary and all come to her. She then take the Walia group of shares and throws them in the air and burns down the Walia Banner. Everyone leaves one by one.
Bani is standing alone and rejoicing. She tells herself how Durga has taken Bani's revenge today and all of the Walia's property, business is in her hands now. She is saying how today she has taken everything and ended the Walia reign. Bani's conscience comes up and tells her to stop lying to herself cos even though she might say she is happy, underneath she is breaking. She tells her that Bani yet loves Jai and the love just increases. Durga replies back in the negative to which the conscience says that if that were the case she wouldn't have gone rushing to Jai seeing him pain the night before. She tells Durga that she cant lie to herself and neither can her tears. The conscience leaves leaving Bani to ponder. She sees the burning banner and at the same minute AD comes to fetch her. He applauds her for what she has done and before leaving she once more looks at the burning banner and then at the Durga Group banner.
Rano is leaving the house and Jigyasa sees her walking with Varun. She stops the car and asks Rano where she is going to which Rano replies that she is going to Mt. Abu with Varun. Jigyasa tells her that she took both her sons away from her but she isn't going to let the same happen to her grandson. She tells Rano that she can, like her older sisters, trick a rich man in. She then checks the suitcase Rano is carrying but finds nothing but clothes and Rano, Ranveer and Varuns photograph. She takes it away and goes with Varun and Rano is begging her not to take her son away from her. Jigyasa's car drives of leaving a weak Rano crying and pleading behind.(Arunima and Ashwini are both very good, but Arunima takes the cake, brilliant acting)
