Pia goes to the room with the police and Krishna and Jai follows. Pia asks Krishna where Bani is to which she points to the window. They go to the window. Bani is running towards the gate and the police screams out her name. Bani doesn't respond to this and keeps running. The policeman then shoots her leg. Bani falls down and sees the window and sees Jai and Pia together with the police and says how she didn't expect Jai and Pia to fall to such low limits.
Jai runs down.and Pia stops him. Bani is standing up and the police tells her that she is under arrest since she has faked her death for five years and is a murderer. Bani says she is not Bani but Durga Dasgupta but the police arrest her anyway. While going into the jeep she remembers how five years back a similar thing happened and thinks of all the Walia's faces at that time and equates it with now. After she is gone, Jai falls down on the floor and hum bewafa plays in the background while he is crying and thinking of his moments with Bani.
Pia comes upto Bani and tells her this is her answer to the slap she had given Pia and this is the echo of that slap and to always think twice before crossing path's with her.
Bani takes an oath to destroy the Walia's. She says she will make them cry tears of blood. She will destroy each one of them and make them suffer like never before. She says in the past five years everything has changed, except the Walia Mansion. She swears on her kids to take revenge.
Aparijit Deb on the other hand gets a call saying Bani is in jail. He then says that when will the Walia's learn. He gave Jai Walia a chance to make things alright, to patch up but he wasted that chance. He then leaves to bring DDG home. While going out he tells his mother that and leaves. His mother and sisters decide to bring Durga and AD together. One sister says that they can't be together, they are such opposites. But the mother says they can be and we like her and they like each other too. They say they will bring them together, 'Kasam Se'.
Bani is in the jail and is thinking when Pia, Jigyasa and Karuna enter and tell her how she shouldn't have come, especially when she wasn't called. Karuna tells her that how dare she ruin her daughters life and Jigs tells her you look so quite and innocent but you surely didn't think twice before killing my son, Sahil. Pia tells her you've seen what has happened to you and don't you dare come back again.
At the Walia Mansion, Rano asks Jai whether anything can be done to save Bani. He says he is caught between his kids, whose custody Pia has and Bani. Someone says that Pia is using our weaknesses to play her game. Pia comes in and Rano tells her that how she is a coward and always attacks from the back. She tells her how she always keeps Jigs and Karuna with her. She asks Pia how many more evil deeds will she do. Pia answers back and says how many times she has told Rano to keep her opinions to herself and not interfere. She tells Rano that she is becoming like Bani who interferes in other's problems and life all the time. Jai intervenes and Pia shuts him up by saying that the minute I take Bani's name you start speaking. She tells him that she has already done what she had to and Bani is in jail. Jai tells her that he will remove her out of there in 7 hours and prove she is Durga Dasgupta and not Bani. Pia says she will make sure she is proved to be Bani and they challenge each other.
On the other hand, Aparajit has already reached the police station and tells them to leave Durga and shows her passport and birth certificate to prove she is Durga. He says she is my fianc and I should sue you'll for this. The police is surprised how alike Bani and Durga are and order to leave her.
Bani on the other hand in the jail cell is saying how she is going to ruin the Walia's and how they always attack from behind and don't have the strength to come face to face with her. She says to herself how she will destroy and take away everything they ever have.
