Just venting

Just venting. I am writing for the first time because this serial just gets worse as time goes on and I want to scream. For a long time I have wanted to email Ekta but don't know how. If anybody is wondering why I watch this serial if I hate it so much, I don't. My mom watches it and I just look on at times to see what is going on. Yesterday's episode had me in splits. What is this with everyone in green. The other thing I don't understand is that why does Rashi look hale and healthy if she is going to die soon. Since I am a doctor I know that having "blood cancer" or leukemia is not a death sentence, esp. in this modern day and age. They could have definitely treated her in India, if not why didn't they send her to the US. They have tons of moolah, or don't they.Maybe they are just stupid or think that the viewers are stupid.

The other thing that irritates me is that there is a party or puja going on everyday which is like a fashion parade. Is this a ploy just to waste time or please the sponsors. What a waste of money.

If you ask me the lawyer guy is a better suitor for Bani than Jai. He is younger, more handsome and slim.

Finally, when the serial started I had high hopes that it would be something which would be about upliftment of women and how they can overcome adverse circumstances despite many odds but it has degenerated to a total waste of time. Hum Log and Buniyaad were far better, theywere down to earth,had better actors and a far reaching message for society.
