Why I bash Dixits, not Walias

Some of you guys may be wondering why I often bash Dixits, but never the Walias. While I am a hardcore Munna camper, that is not the reason.

Both JW and Bani have a fairly tainted bloodline.

JW:

Had a father who abandoned his wife and kids, to run off with another woman.

Dont know much about his Mom but I guess she would been as unpalatable a character as her younger sis (St. Billo) and her bahurani, whose kartoots (Krishnagiri) forced UW into straying.

Bani:

Had a Mom who committed suicide without considering what would happen to her three young daughters. And that too by throwing herself onto the wheels of an onrushing car- an extremely inefficient and unreliable way of dying and one which could have ( and did) implicated an innocent man. Mt. Abu has Aravalli's highest peak (Guru Shikhar) and also a huge lake (Nakki Tal)- she may have been better advised to try those alternatives.

Had a Dad who abandoned his motherless daughters and took to drink. Chose to implicate an innocent man (he must have known after hearing the tapes) rather than admit to himself or his daughters that KD had committed suicde cos he couldnt afford treatment for her.

The only diff b/w JW and Bani is that only one of the two thinks that his/her parents were God's gift to mankind. The other has come to a conclusion that his/her parents were complete GFNs whose absence was best left ignored. And that may explain why some of us poke more fun at Dixits rather than Walias. And of course that the senior Walias sc***ed up only their own family's lives, the senior Dixits also sc***ed a poor bsytander (JW).

And the day Bani admits that her parents were GFNs, I guess at least I would be through with Dixit bashing. Alternatively, if JW starts lamenting his parents, particularly his father, may be it would be time for some Walia bashing too.

Rgds,

Priyanka

did you notice in one of the recent episodes a big photo of Uday Walia on the wall in WM. They offer their obeisance to him, with a mala around the photo.
maybe now, fathering two kids by two sisters he can emphatize with his father's state? 😉

Interesting post, as most of yours are.

First of all, even if I may not agree with your point of view I do understand your stand on it.

Jai considers Maasi to be mother-like (so let's just say she is his mother), why can't he recognize her faults? Her mistakes? Why does he still look up to her so much?

If kids make mistakes, parents forgive them. Here the parents of Bani have made mistakes and it is not in her character sketch to question them... it would be totally out of her character to go against them or any adult figure.

JW has never even questioned Bani's parents from what I remember, never blamed them for anything then why would Bani do that?

And what good would blaming people who are dead do to anyone? It would just be playing the blame game... there really is no punishment that the parents can be given....

Pri,
hai ram kya ho gaya jo tumhe safai deni pad rahin hai we know ur love for munna and how can we ever think about u bashing ur munna and ya sometimes u do bashi favorite toy of ur munna and that is acceptable as that is with a definitive motive and reason behind that. so feel free to bash dixit clan but excluding bani 😡 to some extent and feel free to do anything to other two clans of dixit sisters. 😉 and i agree to ur POV about KD and ND and i just want ur dream of seeing ND and KD alive come true so that we can handle them and teach them some great lesson in life. as for ur info u know the lady who plays KD in KS is playing a very stupid role in kayamat and if u will see her part in that serial u will start hating KD more 😉.

i know that day won't come pri when BW will admit mistakes of her GFN parents, but don't u think that KW was also at great fault as she did not stood up against UW and barnali at that time for sake of her children and i think she was also of same variety as KD.

Oval,

(did you notice in one of the recent episodes a big photo of Uday Walia on the wall in WM. )

That picture was put there incidentally at Bani's insistence that her "Papaji" should be honoured.

Pari,

(Jai considers Maasi to be mother-like, why can't he recognize her faults?)

Becuase he is as much disgusted with himself as St. Billo was, and thinks that he deserved to be cremated alive.

(why would Bani do that? )

Didn't Bani blame JW for depriving her of her childhood. So why is she now silent on the real culprits behind her trauma- her parents.

She left JW cos he had killed her parents. So why not just once go upto her parents portrait and say why did you do this to me, to JW, to us? Diff, I agree for a Dixit to do that.

Swati,

(how can we ever think about u bashing ur munna )

As a matter of fact many Munna campers including I have bashed up Munna at times:

For concealing the truth about ONS.
For allowing Pia/Jigs/Sahil to blackmail him.
For disowning Pia's kid.
For concealing the truth about Barnali from Bani for no rhyme or reason.

(but don't u think that KW was also at great fault as she did not stood up against UW and barnali)

Quite likely had KW been a sensible woman, UW would never have had an EMA in the first place. Quite unlike his son, who in spite of all of Bani's kartoots, never strayed except when plied with some mind altering chemicals.

Different view points are a;ways appreciated. But on taht once, arent you assuming too much, esp. without knowing anything on that count? Why is a woman always to blame in every such situation?

Bani:

Well nicely written, but I guess you will have to continue with Dixit Bashing forever cos what you hope for ????? will never happen.

Excellent points Pari 👏👏👏.

The Walias did try to hide UW's mindless past kartoot and even after knowing very well that Jigs was a partner in crime, what happened to her? Especially after the reason for JW's keeping mum has been dissolved? See, forgiving own bloodline is not a sin attributed to the Dixits only.

But Walias have unforeseen prerogatives I think.
