I think in that letter it may have written like ranveer killed sahil thats why she might marry ranveer to take revenge and also the way they have showed that tarun telling bani about sahil's murder and also the way rano looking at ranveer.

I definetly think someone is instigating rano against rashi or ranveer!

Maybe the letter was from Tarun indicating Jai had a hand in it. Hence Rano decides to marry Ranveer to help pair up against Jai. And that is why she can't tell Bani about it.
