My Laments

It is raining outside as I sit before my comptr to write something. After a long long time I am writing in I-F. I have been a silent observer of all the happening in KS forum...MT's Regualr updates, new sec called dotw, new contests, many new members, absence of regualr members and many more................

It is raining outside.I cant hear the patter of the rainddrops as I am sitting a AC room. Just as I went outside I saw its raining. 'Bin mausam ka barish' - 'Kehte hai bin mausam ka barish hone ke bad kuch acchha hota hai" - Yes the rain reminded me of these words once uttered in one of the earlieer episodes of KS .It was Tony Butler said to the thre Dixit sisters when they came to the WM with dreams in their eyes, courage in their heart and love among them.

Ks was so different then! The plot was different, the screenplay was superb, the dialogues were touching, the music was very good, the actors were excellent!

And now??!! Except the performance of theactors what has been left in KS?? The same recycled plot, the same trash dialogues which we hear in every K- serial, lots of bloopers, and too much of music which sometime confuses us if its a serial or Chitrahhar!!

Ks promised us a refreshing change from the daily dose of other soaps. But may be ,we (or is it only me?) expected too much from the creative team of Ekta Mai...after one point they can only serve the recycled things. Nothing new.

The day Jai and Bani got married , I knew it that Ks ,one day will turn into the same old crap (Sorry for my language.I cant help it) I knew that it will turn same plot as in other serials and I wrote a lot abt it. Still jai bani's love-hate relationship in the beginning was worth watvhing . But as days went by, what happend?? Loads of characters come and go , the silly park road raaz, pia's villainy (just like mandira,archie and other vamps of kserials) and blah,blah, blah.....

I wonder how can a team themselves destory a nice creation of thier own? But may be, this is the rule of the World of Soaps. It start with lots of bubble , then burst into air leaving nothing.

P.s I meant no offence towards anybody .please dnt mind if anyone disapproves my ideas.😊

Welcome back. Has been a long time isn't it. It was yours and MT's fabulous updates which got me addicted to KS and IF. Do stay back on Forum. Although you wouldn't know me I guess I joined after you kind of went on leave.

Welcome Doe, we really miss you and your updates in The Forum. ANd I mean it.

What you said is quite true, we all agree to it. If only KS was handled differenty, it could be a daily soap with a difference, a love story that would emerge as the best.

But the Destructives have successfully managed to destroy the story and butcher all the characters. The basic tenets of each and every character has been destroyed.

Its true that one cant demand logical explanations in daily soaps, but the illogical plots and reasons shown in KS takes the cake. Its just our love for JnB and the IF that is reaping the fruits for KS.

I hope you don't disapprove of the J-B love story/RK-PD chemistry. But seriously if you have to have a 3 year long daily soap what do you do, just throw in a lots of little raaz, angles, new characters, a little bit of this and little bit of that.

I know that the storyline of KS is extremely sloppy, too many loose ends but the fact is it has attracted a far more passionate fan following on the Net at least than any other soap, you just visit any other Forum on IF you will get the diff. We have to thank Kektaa mayee for one really magical jodi J-B/RK-PD.

Nice to see you on the Forum! Why did you abandon us yaar? Look at people like us, we stuck through KS like maniacs 😉 😆

The only reason why I see KS is cause I love to do the Updates...That is it for me! If I did not have Net Connection at my place and couldn't come to IF to do the Updates, I would have left seeing KS long, long back! My attention span is anyway very poor, I am amazed I saw this serial (am still seeing it) for the last 1 year now!

Btw, do you remember the insider I had given about Ranveer ages back? I had told you that he will have a romantic interest very soon.....Lolz...Your dream came true and not only that, the guy got reformed in love too, just like his Mamaji (Whom I know you never liked 😭 )

Anyway, its great to see you back and I agree that KS is quite crappy these days...But the Forum rocks and KS is the medium through which we guys stay connected!

PS: Lemme add, the reason why I became a KS fan is cause of RK and PD and the chemistry they share as Jai and Bani, which surprisingly I can still see onscreen and hence the extra addiction!😳

Quite interesting that you should say that. Going thru the archives one realises that actually JW was never a very popular figure till the J-B marriage. The Forum was all Bani followed by Pooch. And although it might seem a bit unbelievable considering my recent track record, I always more of a Bani supporter than a JW supporter till Banigiri changed all that.

By the way, Ididnt abandon u dear mt! i tld na ki i had been a silent observer! 😉 😛 Also i liked Jai , but yes i was not in favor of J-B relationship.Many wud remember how i was mad for Sexy Sanyasi 😳 😉(who unfortunately became bald sanyasi,) and wanted bani to pair with him 😛 But I am happy that Ranveer's character has transformed.Only i wish he would not have been bald.

Once again, an amazing post👏 - really missed these!

Have stopped watching the show - though I still read the updates, I would like to keep them seperate from my fond memories of KS and the KS parivaar of what it was before all these fights broke out and seperated the members!

One thing I have learnt - a tiger never changes its' stripes.....this is Mayi's formula for soaps and she will not change it......it is up to the audience to decided whetehr we want to watch it or not!😛
