everyone being addressed mr or miss first name, doesnt anyone use surnames here except for jai e.g. doctors call pia miss pia (ok let her off even she doesnt know what her surname should be) but doctors have call ranveer mr ranveer (even the writers have forgotten his surname i thinks its bali) and today the officer call tarun mr tarun come on!

another thing when ranveer gave the check to dr astha it had his signature with only ranveer, does ranveer think that every bank employee in india knows who he is, i'd love to be know 250 million people (guessin here)
