Question about Karuna

If Karuna is massi's daughter and Jai's coz, then how come he did not recognize her in Dubai when he was talking to her about Karuna leaving her baby in stroller alone.

Remember he freak out at that time when he saw the baby alone in the stroller.

My dear.. I was going to ask that but as a different form... I think this woman has something to do with the ONS.. I dont know why but I think she somehow has as conection with the CD guy... !
