leave WM . HE is the one who cheated . Why does Bani have to suffer every time. AS his wife she has right over the house. He threw her out couple of timesearlier when he suspected that she stole money, when she took blame for Anu's pregnancy. He didn't want her in house when he thought that she aborted his baby.

So why shouldn't he be the one to offer to leave?

One more advantage in that is he will get rid of peabrain. Sudden;y she will admit that the kid is Pushy's.

Bani will not let Jai walia leave his own house. Plus I highly doubt bani would want to stay in a house with Jigyasa and Pia. I think its better that Bani leaves and lives her life in peace and for once lives for herself and not for her sisters or for Mr. Walia. All her life she has been there for everyone without caring about herself. She was a mother to Rano and Pia since her mother died. She was supporting her family as her dad was incapable. She got married to Jai to pay for her sisters mistake, Then she left Jai coz she thought she would be wronging her family if she forgave Jai for killing her mother, then she filed for divorce to save Jai from his own sister and nephew, she lost her child to save Jai, and now she is forgetting her own anniversary so that she can get justice for her sister Pia and what does she get in return for all this Deceit, plotting and lying. I think its time she stopped thinking about others and focused on herself the rest of them are truely not worth her concern. The only people who are true to her are Rano and Pushkar.

I will second, third and fourth your suggestion. He should give all his property and WM to Bani and offer to marry Pia. Pia will admit to Pooch being the culprit in no time. Also he will rid himself of all the parasites- Pia, Jigs, Sahil et al. And Amma would never leave a penniless JW alone, whatever be his faults.

There is no question of deserting the Munna camp as long as he does not marry reptile.

Coming back to Bani, Bani will never leave JW if he is penniless and down, irrespective of the circumstances. Had Rashi not found out about the conspiracy and J-R cheated JW of his wealth, Bani would have come back to JW and fought for his rights, irrespective of the fact that he had killed her Mom. I have never questioned Bani's love for JW, her judgement and her treament of sisters yes, her love for JW never.
