It depends on from whom and under what circumstances she gets to know the truth as from yest episode its evident jigs is gonna do something really nasty using Pia to create the rift b/w J-B.....probably bani will think the other way that J loves P and sacrificilng even his child for her happiness!!!u never know bani....and her inability to beget him a heir on which she is hell bent on will leave him for his and Pia's happiness and remember the so called walia heir is also in the scene.

Should she give JW a fair hearing or is his crime so big that she just needs to dish out a summary sentence without hearing his version/explanation?

If she believes that JW is guilty, what punishment would be fair for JW, a temporary separation, a divorce-life long separation?

There again she will not blame him for anything!!!She is under terrible guilt right now regarding the baby and she herself knows that it was she who drove Jai to that extent of emotional break down

Does she think that her own conduct as a wife has been responsible for JW's behaviour and should be used to excuse him or lightening his sentence? Probably if the other women was'nt Pia or there was no baby in the picture she would definitely give her marriage another chance....but since its Pia and Jai's baby in the question she will walk off silently Does she believe that the shoddy treatment meted out to him by her family (ND, Kiran, Pia, Pushky) be treated as extenuating factors? The fact that she left him during the PR raaz which led to the chain of events which culminated in the ONS/the guilt that JW had to carry needlessly for 7 years be set off against her intended punishment for JW? And should the love that he has had towards her be viewed as a redeeming factor?

Once again!!!!she will not think so much and even if she really wants to stay back deep down in her heart...the moment she gets to know Pia loves Jai.she will leave him atleast for Pia's happiness and for the babies future

Or rather that his guilt is compounded by his other misdeeds- ill-treating Bani and Rano in the initial days of the marriage, his persecution of P-P which was partly responsible for the breakdown of his marriage, his constant secrecy from her on matters like PR raaz, ONS, Barnali etc. And that mere separation is not punishment enough for his crimes?

I dont think bani blames him for his ill-treatment,secracy....anymore. She very well knows that he hide them from her for better no bad intentions behind them and as of seperation it is not a punishment from her side but just a way out of his life to save him from a situation of choosing b/w her and child.

If she does leave him, should she stay within striking distance so that in case JW is found to be innocent they can be back together? Or should she go so far that he can't trace her back.?

Well the whole leap scenario is to show their how much they love each other and their bond.she should defo go far....and even if she gets to know that Jai is innocent after leap she will not run into his arms easily....i am sure the KS creatives will hav some plots to keep the away

And how would she react if at some point of time it is proved that JW was innocent. Would she consider herself guilty for mistrusting JW? Should she apologise to him and what punishment if any (apart from her own conscience of course) would she consider justified for herself in case JW is acquitted?

• Well again bani being bani though she leaves him for his own good and do not blame him for anything....but once she comes to know abt his innocence will not budge in easily though she wants to get back.😉

I do not wish to dictate any of her answers, it will be sufficient for me if she ponders over these questions and then arrives at her final judgement. In short I am interested more in the integrity of the Process by which she arrives at her conclusion not so much in the Outcome of her thinking.

PS: Of course, if JW prefers Pia and her puppy to Bani or expects Bani to accept the child then she should walk out on her marriage without any second thoughts.

Hi, I am at a loss all you guys make so much sense. But I think that at this point Bani and Jai are getting so close and Jai MUST say in words (not dreams) that he loves her, he should take every opportunity now to express his love for her. He does not love Pia and if she is indeed carrying his child he will still want Bani at his side. HOWEVER depending on how Bani gets to know about the ONS all you guys opinions makes sense. I personally would want Bani to leave, no scenes, no drama. Jai must accept Pia's child (if there is one) as his responsibility but there should be no way that he ends up with her, remember at this point he is disgusted with her. aboutBani leaving I am not sure, massi for one won't let her leave, and it would be nice to see she and Jai pining for each other, you know with the stare sessions and a bit of jealousy from a 3rd person for Bani. 😆

I agree with you.What is the fault of the child?He never asked to be born out of a ONS, and be a result of his parents adultery.

I feel the Only Major reason Bani will actually decide to leave WM is for

1. Pia carrying Jai's child

2.Pia Wants Jai

3.Jai wants to be a Father

4.she cant get preggers

5. so For Jai's happiness and probably Pia's happinss she will once again without considering what He wants , what matters to him se will set sailing to calmer waters . Over do the process of Banigiri itself this time 😆😆

Precisely, why would Pia want to give her child to Bani. The baby is the tool for her to get into Jai's life and his fortunes, her opportunity for being Mrs Walia. She is going to hound him to accept the child and choose her over Bani for that reason. She will never give her child to JB. Take the package baby+pia. She will never take a surrogate role. She is after the throne of the queen.

But what if the pup is Pooch's not JW's. Pia would have lost her leverage over JW. And what incentive would Pia would have to be a mommy to Pooch's baby unless Pooch grew rich soon. Remember what she did to Pooch's first baby. 😡 She may as well hand over the baby to JB and look around for some fresh target- Tarun, Nattu or someone else.
