Why do you think J-P ONS was so bad? Look in their minds their respective marriages were over. Pia's ended when Pushkar kicked her out and Jai's ended when he received the letter from the lawyer while in Dubai. Why can't those two people have a physical relationship? It was not rape, it was a mutual thing.

One more thing is, they really did not show the scene in graphic details...they just hugged and woke up the next morning together. It is implied that they slept together but it was not shown in details to call it extreme.

I think as Jigyasa recorded their conversation, she will start blackmailing Jai and get the property transferred to her name so that Jai will not have anything left and that stupid PIA will go back to PUSHKAR or somebody else.
