PART 1
Each morning at 8:25am sharp the music would start 2 play and this meant that there was 5 min 4 the students 2 get 2 their 1st period classes....
Bani got up 4m the desk that she was sitting at in the library wit her friends "Lets go you guys...we don't want to be late today Aliya" she said will turning to her friend Aliya
History was Bani's first period class. She loved history...it used 2 put her 2 sleep b4 but this year her teacher made it fun 2 learn. "Hey Rimpy! Hey Bani!" called Rohan while entering the class. He was Rimpy's boyfriend and Bani's best fiend. Soon tall and handsome Jai entered the room. Rimpy and Bani gave each other the 'look'. See the thing was that Bani and Aliya sat beside each other and at the group of tables in front of them sat Jai and he always looked 2wards where Bani and Rimpy sat so Bani thought that he like Rimpy and Rimpy thought that he like Bani.
"Well he can't like me for sure, I mean I'm going out with Rohan so why would he like someone he can't get?" said Rimpy later on that day in math class. Bani, Rohan, Rimpy and Jassie, another friend of Bani's, were all in the same math class and they never did any work.
"That is true but still you never know," said Bani.
"You guys why do you care whether or not he likes any of you…unless one of you like him back," said an annoyed Jassie.
"Eww no! He's as ugly as the bottom of my shoe!" Rimpy proclaimed in a disgusted voice.
"He's not that bad," said Bani. Jassie and Rimpy gave her a weird look, Rohan was to busy taking a nap.
Time went by and Jai continued to stare. Every time Bani would look in his direction he would turn away. After a while Bani felt a strange feeling for him, she didn't know what it was. She thought she like him but wasn't sure, so she decided to ask Rohan. Rohan was someone that she could talk to for hours about anything and everything and Rohan would never tell anyone what they talked about, not even his girlfriend. So one day in math class when Rimpy and Jassie were not there (they had gone on a science trip) Bani bought up the topic of Jai.

PART 2
"Rohan, I think I'm falling for Jai" Bani said in the most romantic voice any one has ever heard.
Immediately Rohan looked up from his work. It looked as if all the air had been sucked out of him. "Bani, kya keha tum na?"
"Mujhe Jai aacha lagne lag hai. I mean all these days of thinking that he like me or Rimpy has made me like him."
"WOW! Yaar that's good. He is a nice guy. Lekin, what do u like about him?" Rohan had a look on his face that said he was happy for Bani yet at the same time he felt liking making fun of her.
"What do I like about him? I like everything! I way he walks so slow yet it seems as if he is running. The way he sits lazily in his chair staring in Rimpy's direction and mine. The way he talks, his deep voice that comes out slow, every word from his mouth seems so sweet…his height is to die for and his looks…ahhhhhhhhh" Bani was definitely love struck. "But what do you think Rohan? Is it okay me liking him?"
"Yeah why wouldn't it be okay?" Rohan asked "I'm gonna watch his every move now…ab muje path lagan hai ke who tume chaata hai ke nahi…I mean since he's always starring your way in history class! This is sooooooooo cool!"
"But listen no telling anyone, not even Rimpy" Bani warned Rohan even though she knew her best friend wouldn't tell anyone.
Bani felt like she had gotten a burden off her shoulder after she told Rohan about her feelings towards Jai. Bani's behavior towards Jai had completely changed as well, she would get all lovey dovey when she saw him and Rohan would give her looks from the other side of their history class if she saw him looking at her or her looking at him. Bani was so in love with Jai that it was a surprise that none of her friends has notices. She had dreams about Jai in the night, her normal dream was of Jai telling Bani about his feelings for her on a cursie and asking her to go out with him. Every time Rimpy said "He's looking at you Bani" Bani would reply "No, he's looking at you," but deep down she wished that he really was looking at her.
One day after class Rohan and Bani were walking to their lockers which were not located to far from each other, Rohan stopped at her locker and said, "Bani, now look when Jai goes by he'll fully stare at you," Jai who happened to be at his locker which was beside Rohan's walked by Bani, who was trying to stare at Jai without making it obvious did stare at Bani when he walked by her. Bani's heart melted at this, thank god Rohan was there to help her keep her cool.

PART 3
'Wake up, Bani!!!' Screamed Rohan loudly in Bani's ear while they were sitting in front of Bani's locker, 'Yaar, usually I am sleeping and Rimpy has to wake me up but today its you. miss. prefect, is sleeping in class not 2 mention shez staring at me. What is this? Why are you drooling over me anyways? You know I'm taken and my girlfriend happens to be your bestfriend!'
'Rohan, for your information I wasn't drooling over you' she glanced towards the hot hunk Jia, who was passing by. She was brought bacl to earth by Rohan's poke 'You better stop flirting with me or I'll tell Rimpy and that won't be gud.' Bani stuck her tounge out at Rohan, it was funny how she could behave so childish with Rohan but couldn't even say a word to Jai.
'Bani, If you tell Rimpy, I won't help you... and I'll tell her that you like HH(nickname 4 Jai)'Rohan glanced over at Jai and then winked at Bani, 'You get what I mean?'
'Bani was fuming and ready to kill. Anger lines creased her face as she shot daggers at Rohan, who was laughing.
'KK im sorry, now lets get down to bussiness' Rohan had finally managed to control his laughter and give Bani a serious look that seemed to be hidding his curiousity.
'Yeah.....So will you help me find out if he likes me? please Rohan, I really need you to help me. Will you help me?' Bani tried not to sound desperate but the whole Jai staring at her or at Rimpy was killing her. She needed to know that Jia liked her and her alone.
'Hi, Bani....Rohan!' squeled Rimpy as she gave Rohan a kiss on the cheek and watched him nodd at Bani and Bani's breaking into a grin. Rimpy knew that they were friends but she couldn't help and wonder what were they talking about, 'So, what did I miss you guys?'
'Nothing much, honey. Me and Bani were just talking about how boring this class was.' Rohan felt Rimpy tighten her grip on him as he relieased that he was talking about his and Rimpy's favorite class. He looked over at Rimpy who was shotting evil glances at poor Bani and then at Bani who looked ready to run before Rimpy killed her. Rohan wonder why was Rimpy so insecure?
'Okkkkkkkkk, newaiz....u guiz the zoo is soooooooooooo cool, the tigers the birds.....' Once Rimpy started talking there was no stopping her. Bani made her escape.
'Rimpy, I'll call you tonight and you can tell me all about it, okay? I really have to go get lunch before my next class, Sorry.' Bani hurried away and hoped that Rimpy won't get the wrong message about her and Rohan's conversation. She felt bad for poor Rohan who was about to get his head bitten off. 'Good Luck, Rohan' she whispered out loud. So lost was Bani in her own thoughts she didn't even realise that someone was coming straight at her. THUD!!!

PART 4
Bani fell back, the person's arms caught on to her before she hit the ground.Bani's hair had fallen over her eyes, her math text book with a million pieces of paper were now all over the floor. She didn't noe whoz arms she had fallen into but huz ever they were the felt warm and comfy. She bought her hand up over her face to move her hair from her eyes and saw....JAI. Bani stood up right away, her heart was beating....actually it was ponding, a 100 beats per second, 1000, by now she had gotten out of Jaiz arms and was standing up....10000....100000....."
'You okay?' his voice was so sexy and he sounded so concerned.
'Huh? What?' SHIT! Bani thought, the first words that come out of my mouth in front of him are huh and what.
'You okay?' Bani had Jiya darak darak playing in her head, hez sooooooooooooooooooooooo cute, she thought.
'Umm, yeah I'm fine...thanks for ummm catching me' She couldn't look straigth into his eyes and talk. By now Bani was on the floor picking up her stuff. She was looking at Jai's shoes, but all of a sudden it was his knees that could be seen, he had also on the floor helping her.
'Thank God its lunch eh, otherwise the hall would be crowded and people would be stepping all over your papers.'
'Yeah, that's true'
'Where were you running off to in a hurry?'
'Cafe' He was trying to make a conversation but only a maxium of three words were comming out from her mouth. Both of them had stood up by this point.
'You got something in your hair' OMG...he noticed my hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bani tried to find the lock of hair with junk in it but couldn't manage to find it, 'Want me to do it, thts if you dont't mind' all Bani could do was nod. He leaned over and reached for her hair, she could feel his thumb on her face and his hands struggling to take the piece of wateva it was in her hair out, 'There its gone!'
'Thanks so much first you saved me froming falling down and now....'she was actualy looking into his eyes and talking and was saying more than just a few words but stupid Rohan had to butt in.
'I swear this looks like an indian movie secen, first the heroine falls than she has somthing in her hair and than....i dont know wat happens next. Anyways i came here to ask you,' he said pointing at Jai, 'would be interested in beinging in Bani and my group for the history project. You know how its supose to be two boys and a girl so I'm working with Bani, stupid teacher told me I can't work with Rimpy, shez such an....' thank god Jai interupted him
'Yeah. I'll work with you, I mean if Bani doesn't mind.'
'Nah Bani doesn't mind, do you now Bani'
'Nope, don't mind at all!'
'Kool, so I guess we will talk details in class tommrow'
'Yeah' why can't we talk details right now...I got all day to look...i mean listen to you, Bani thought.
'So I'll see you guiz' and with that he walked away with a huge grin and leaving a hugger grin on Bani's face.
Rohan turned to Bani 'Say thank you'
'For what?'
'I just got Jai in our group so you can stare all you want and now i can easily find out if he likes you'
'OMG!!!!!!!!!!ROHAN I DIDN'T THINK OF THAT. OMG! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH RIGHT NOW!' she wanteed to lean over and hug him but Rimpy was giving her dirty looks from where she was sitting, whats with her Bani thought, so instead she put her hand in her pocket and realized that the paper wasn't there.
'OMG! OMG OMG OMG!'
'What happened now?'
'The piece of paper that i drew heart all round mine and Jai's name, its not in my pocket....OMG what if Jai has it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
'Calm down, calm down. Breath and listen, I'll ask him if he has it i have class with him next period so breath and you go get food and check in you bag maybe you put it in there. And now I'm gonna go to Rimpy before she pirces a whole in my body from staring' with that he walked off. Bani checked in her bag....where is it she wondered, she had a feeling that Jai had it....but she didn't know for sure.
She ran off to class but the only thing she thought off during class was...

Part 5
"The note, where was it? Jai had to have it, where else could have gone?", those questions run over and over in Bani's mind. There is no way she well be able to focus on chemistery and she had that stupid test, the one where the teachers tests you on everything she never taught you. Then it clicked she had to be in class to take that stupid test, right?
"Ms. Malthora, my head....", that was all Bani managed to say before she passed out right there in chemistery class.
Every student in class gathered around Bani as Ms. Malthora tried to make her regain conciouness. Bani let Ms. Malthora shake her a little bit before responding with a barely audioable, "I am fine, I want to take this test".
Ms. Malthora smiled at her new favorite student and said that it was okay and Bani have a friend drop her home. Bani immediately walked away to Rohan's class to get a ride(he very conviently had a car problems this morning). Bani hoped that everything would go as planned once she got to Rohan's class and that Jai would do exactly what she wanted.
Meanwhile, Rimpy is fighting with Rohan. "Rohan, look at me! I am good looking, nice, sweet person and I choose you to be my boyfriend!"
Rohan,"I know but.."
Rimpy, "I can very easily get any guy I want!"
Rohan, "I know but..."
Rimpy on the verge of tears,"I picked you!!! And what do you do???"
Rohan,"Try to understand..."
Rimpy," You flirt with Bani, when I am not around. How could you?"
Rimpy is now crying and Rohan is looking at Rimpy hopelessly, wondering why does he love this girl so much. After letting her cry for a whole minute, he wraps his arm around and trys to comfort her or atleast explain that Mr. Bandit is fixing his hearing aid and that they well get in trouble if she doesn't quiet down. He finally got her down to a few sobs a minute, when Bani walked in.
"Mr. Bandit, can I talk to Rohan?", Bani gave him a pleading look and old Mr.Bandit melted and let Rohan join her in the hall. Conviently at the same time Jai was walking to class(bad boy hez late!) and he ran it to the two and decided to wait for Rohan to finish and go in togather. Bani wondered why Jai was standing there and not going inside, did he find the note, is that why he is staring at her? She decide to ask Rohan on the way home. "Rohan, I need a ride home, please. Thats the only way I can get out of chem. class and I have splitting headache."
Rohan,"Bani, my car is in the shop, sorry".
Bani,"How am I suppose to get home, then?"
Jai," I well drop you, I know where you live....I mean you just have to tell me where you live...." Jai was turning many shades of red.
Bani looking at the floor, "thanks". Bani got ready to put on her detective mask and find the note. Jai's behavior confirmed he had the note.

Part 6
"No problem, but don't you have a chemistry test today?"
"Yea I do but its a formative so its okay, and newaiz the teacher said that i shud go home....but how did u noe i had a test?" Is he stalking me or somethin? He noes where I live and bout my test. If he is I dnt mind at all, Bani thought to herself...she had a sudden pang of excitement in her.
"Oh um um I um...Ajay told me...hez in ur calss rite...so yea. We better get going if Mr.Banit sees us he wont let me go" Jai changed the topic.
"Yea lets go....I'll see you later Rohan, say bye to Rimpy for me"
"Its better tht i dnt mention u in front of Rimpy, shez really pissed"
"Oh...Im so sorry..."
"Nah dnt worri bout it. You go home and rest." he turned to Jai "You get her home safely...if nething happens to her ill run afta u"
"Don't worry shez in safe hands"
Bani hugged Rohan, and this bought a strange look on Jai's face, and headed off.
When they got to the parking lot Jai said he had to make a call and walked off into a corner. "Hello mom, Im comming home early."
"Why?" his mom asked
"Who, ek dost ko ride chaia ta so i said tht ill drop her."
"HER?!?!?! Who her? Is it her her the one tht you like that her?"
"Jai, sorry to bother you but r u done cuz it looks like it goin to rain so we better get going." Bani had made her way to the corner.
"Mom, ill c u at home ok...Bye"
The sky outside had drakened a lot in the past little while and as soon as Bani and Jai reached the door it started to pour.
"SHIT!!!!!!!!!This had to happen now!"Bani was in sever pain and wanted to go home but it was impossible to drive in this rain.
"O well. Dnt worri I get you home lets just sit here"
So they sat down. It was kinda hard for Bani to sit she was stuggling with her skirt(the flare onez in style rite now). On the floor she noticed how long Jai's pants were, Baige and black looks good on him, she thought. Bani simply loved the way she dressed, the long low hanging pants, not to low though, and the long t-shirt...it was so simple yet so sophistcated. On the other hand she was simple and blah. there were days like today were she got all dressed up, a nice baige colour skirt wit gold dots and a shirt in the same colour but lighter shade. Other days she'd just throw on any thing tht she could find. Rohan described Bani as a girl hu was sumtimes girly and at other times tomboyish and and other timez normal. But the one thing with Bani was that she bought a new outfit everyweek.
"You look nice in a skirt" Bani was shocked at his remark
She some how managed to smile and say thanx. "You should wear it more often, it suits you,"He was looking right into her eyes and she was looking into his. His eyes drak brown so filled with luv with care with compassion wit passion, mezmericed her. They sat on the floor staring at each other for 2 minz, but it seemed like 2 hourz, they were distrubed by the exit door closing. THUD it made a noise and it brought cold air with it. "I think we should leave now, the rainz slowed down." with that Jai got up and led the way to his car. He had a red covertible whose roof could open, but too bad it was raining today. Bani had the same car but in red, she didn't bring it that day because her bahiya had dropped her off.
They drove along and it seemed like they were goin on and on forever, Bani didn't mind it. Every now and then Bani would glance at Jai, he looks so HOT when hez driving, she thought. They made idle conversations, there wasn't much to talk about actualy Bani was bak to the 3 word answers stage that she has before. The car jerked and Bani swang forward, her head almost hit the dash board but she bit her lip and it was bleeding. "WHAT HAPPENED?"
"I think the batteries dead!"
"SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!"
Bani and Jai were stuck in the middle of nowhere wit trees all around them, Bani was saying SHIT but she didn't really mean it. She was scared to be in the middle of nowhere but she felt safe because she was with Jai. Jai slowly leaned over towards her,

Part 7
Jai leaned in closer to Bani, Bani had mixed emotions about Jai leaning in close. She didn't know weather to feel happy or scared. When Jai was less than a few inches away from her, she couldn't take it anymore. Bani pushes Jai away and asks "Jai, what are you doing?"
Jai laughing, "Bani what do you think I was doing? I was just about to give you a kiss, isn't that what you wanted?"
Bani," Did you just say what I think you said? How could you Jai? I thought you were a nice person but I guess I was wrong..." Oh god, he has the note and he has read it, why else would he say all this?
Jai laughing even harder, " Who do you think I am? I was playing around to see how you'd react. I must say you are a lot like your friend Rimpy in this manner. Anyways I was just trying to wipe away the blood form the cut on your lip." leans forward and drags his finger over her lips, not quite touching them but close, he wipes the blood away. A speck of it gets into her maang but neither notice. Maybe it was a sign but I guess only time will tell.
Bani joined Jai in laughing, though her thoughts were still busy trying to figure out if Jai has the note or not ," Sorry....You know there is something I have in common with you, too. And Rimpy isn't like that, she just comes off that way.." Thinking about Rimpy, she filled with guilty, she had wronged Rimpy without meaning to and had lost her friendship. For people they are close friends but there hearts couldn't be further away.
Jai filled with curiosty wanting to know what bani has in common with him, "What do we have in common, other than we both go to the same school? And as for Rimpy I don't even want to go there she was biting off poor Rohan's head in class today. Poor guy."
Bani's eyes twinkled at the thought of Rimpy yelling at Rohan, it was like she knew something that no one else did. " Jai, we both drive the same kind of car, different color and both of our cars broke down today. Mine in the morning and yours now. I think Rimpy has some good reason for what she does".
Jai, " I think we should sue the car company, what do you think? Lets forget about Rimpy, I don't want to talk about her right now."
BEEP,BEEP!!! The person that just honked the horn is looking at a piece of paper that has the words Jai+ Bani on it drawn inside a heart.

Jai and bani turned around to c hu waz honkin...but the car drove by splashing the rain water from the ground all ova jai'z car.

j had a "how bout u"look in his eyes but he said 'i unnon...u tell me'
so the two started talking but b4 tht b called rohan 2 c if he cud cum pick them up...his fone was busi....it had been an hour and they were still in the car....j and b had reclined their chair...b had fallen asleep...j sat there staring at her ' shez so pretty, she looks cute even wit her hair messed up (it had gotten all messed up bc she kept turnin her head while sleepin)' j thought just than a lock of hair fell onto baniz face and the tips were goin into her mouth and she was being bothered.
'shud i move it...i shud its annoyin her...but of if she wakes up...i cant stare at her than....itd b 2 obivious...but shez uncomfortable...im movin it!' slowin jai moved his slow trembling hand towards her face and as slowly as he cud moved her lock of hair 4m her face....

Their heads drew close to each others their eyes still locked in each otherz....jaiz hand was still on baniz ear...he gentely bought it 2 her cheek bone and smoothed her skin...love was pouring out of both their eyes...their foreheads were about to touch...RING...RING...it was baniz cell...Rohan waz returing her call...jai and bani parted ways as they were snapped bak 2 reality
rohan said that he would get to bani and jai as soon as possible...he took half an hour....jai and bani sat through the half and hour in silence...none of them said a word or dared to look at each other...baniz heart was still beating really fast...she had yet 2 recover from the shock tht the to be romantic scene between her and jai...she wondered how he felt...'kya uski bhi haalta mera tara hai? kya usne pyar se who saab kiya...ya phir was it a spur of the moment thing...ya phir...he did it cuz hez a guy and im a girl and we r alone in a car in the middle of nowhere and he was trying to......NO!...ye tho nahi ho sac tha jai use kisma ka larka nahi hai!'
rohan and finally arrived...it had started to rain like crazy again...without sayin a word jai had handed bani his jacket indicatin her 2 put it on 2 stop her clothes from getting wet....akiyoon mein baathain horai thi....
rohan had dropped jai home first and than on the way 2 baniz house he asked her 'kya howa tum dono ke saath ghari mein...u were in there 4 hourz...alone...in the middle of nowhere...HOW ROMANTIC!....tho baatho bani kya howa...u 2 werent even talkin 2 each other so i noe sumthin happened but tell me what!' so bani tld him...she tld him everything the talkin bout rimpy the car tht she thought waz rimpyz...and the to be romantic part...every detail bout it...except 4 when she waz sleepin....rohan waz shocked by the end of it and he waz crussin himself 4 callin at such a rong time...he apologized 2 bani ova and ova gain...she sayin dnt worri bout it every time...all nite bani dreamt of wat the rest of her to be romantic scene wud turn out...she had the craziest fantasies! bani woke up the next dai still not recovered 4m the shock 4m yesterdai..when she got 2 her locker at school(her car had cum bak 4m the mechanicz and sittin in it reminded her of yesterdai) bani almost fell on the floor of more shock...on her locker was a typed note tht said "I HAV UR NOTE WIT THE HEART ON IT...MEET ME 3RD PERIOD ON THE SOCCER FIELD" all dai bani stared at tht note...she cudnt stare at jai cuz 4 sum reason he wasnt at school tht dai😭 3rd period finally came round and bani headed straight 2 the soccer field....she waited a while and soon in the distance she cud c a girl headin in her direction....
