Ram Kapoor aka Jai Walia in Kasamh Se got the first real taste of his stardom during his recent trip to Dubai.

During a press conference held in Dubai, Ram met two Filipino women who claimed that they religiously follow every episode of the show. "They waited for hours to meet me," says Ram. And interestingly, both the women, who run a beauty parlour in Dubai couldn't speak or understand Hindi. But that didn't deter them from watching the show every day. "They also told me that in order to watch the show, they shut their parlour at 9 pm sharp," adds Ram.

But Ram for in for yet another surprise. "I was overwhelmed when I learnt that these women ask their neighbour, an Arab lady to join them when they're watching the show. Apparently the Arab woman, who understands their language and Hindi as well, translates the entire show for them," says Ram

It's very common to find Filipinas in Dubai integrating with Hindi films. Thay may not know Hindi but Hindi films/serials are a craze in Dubai. BTW, Filipinas make for godo eye candy - so this is just a photo op for the KS team.
