For Pia and Pushkar,what goes around comes around!

Not that they deserved this kind of a payback.But they did deceive an honest man and now its time for them to pay.For Pushkar he wronged Jai his father figure by betraying his trust and now what will have to say for whats been done to him!

The same father like figure has supposedly indulged with the love of his life,his wife who left the fomer to elope with him on her wedding night!

Pia who had once declared in a fit and moment of sisterly affection that if she and her sister were to ever fall in love with the same man,she would spare her sister the heartache and move away from the guy.

They did fall in love both Pia and Bani,twice and twice with the same man.

Bani as she had also declared in that sisterly moment that she will always value Pias happiness more and will walk away from the common object of their affection,kept her word when she realised they both had feelings for Pushkar.She walked away and let her sister find happiness.

Now they have fallen in love again with the Jai Walia.A man easy to fall in love with and equally hard to fall out of love with!

For Bani she has been selfless and sincere in her affections for this man.She has given herself mind body and soul to him.

Pia is drawing closer to this man out of her guilt for wronging him,out of her realisation of her mistake and feelings for this man.Out of realisation that he has it all.

Jai tried every possible way of avenging himself for the wrong done to him by the trio Pia ,Pushkar and Bani but without avail.Or maybe because it wasnt really his intentions,he was just plain hurt very deeply too.

He once asked Bani if she can nurture him back to normalcy if he were to froget the past behind him.Bani was quite helpless then and could not give him an answer in words.But she did it.She devoted herself to this man with all the selflessness in the world and she brought him back to life.

She made him fall in love with her and gave him a dream to look forward to,a dream of a quite happy life filled with conjugal bliss .

His dream was ruthlessly shattered by this very woman who was bringing it to life.He accepted it without any questions but suffered within.

He broke down again and this time so badly that he erred.

If he would have gotten his way earlier when he was desparately seeking true revenge,had he anticipated the same feelings thereafter???Would he have felt the same guilt as he is feeling now?

His mistake this time led to to avenge himself of the these three when he least wanted to avenge himself.

He found his revenge and they got their pay back when any of them least expected it !It was all gained when everything was lost to all of them.

Should such mistakes in life be given so much importance to ruin ones life forever!?!

Are such mistakes in pardonable?!

As far as Pushky is considered inspite of his eye candy value and loyalty to Bani, he has been one of my least fave characters in KS. I have no hesitation in saying that what he did to JW was a far greater crime than J-P C- nite. So that was payback time.

But it would be wrong to say that what J did was to avenge P-P for what they had done to him, he could have easily seduced P and avenged himself on the very nite that Pia landed up in WM. The thing was a complete mistake (as JW himself admitted) and Bani's devotion to him has longed erased any desire for revenge.

Well, I think that the way the serial was potrayed, we can easily forgive chanracters like Jai, Bani and Pushkar for all the wrong doings as they all had a reason behind it and at the end of the day, their reasons were for other person's good.

Let me give you some illustrations:

1. Pushkar : Betrayed Jai, a father figure to him. A man who picked him up from ruins and made him his apple of the eye!!!

But If you all remember, the day Pushy Baby fled with Pia, he made it very clear to Pia that If she marries Jai then she would be ruining 3 lives. eloping would save Jai's life from a miserable marriage. Infact, Pia was the one who coxes him into this at the last moment telling him that how can he see his love getting ruined like this!! He never meant to betray Jai!!

2. Bani : a) She had nothing to do with Pia's eloping but took all Jai's wrath.
b) Her drama of divorce was because she ultimately wanted to save Jai. (Thats a different issue that she took things forward in a very absurd way)

3. Jai : a) The wrath that he took on Bani. Poor guy had to!! His ego was hurt plus his love had run away from the mandap!!! This was too much to handle plus how would he know that Bani was not behind this!!
But since he is a good man, he could not go ahead with his ways for long and reverted back to his goody self!! He infact fell in love with Bani!!
A wrong act was "bestowed" upon him but he still forgive them for Bani!!

b) The JP relationship : He was drunk (though I never take that as an excuse personally) and felt betrayed. Pia came along showing sympathy and pouring her love...Jai's past with Pia and his vulnerable state due to the betrayal in marriage and love and the death of his child made him break down!!
But even now, unlike a MCP, he wouldnt just leave Pia hanging in the air!!!

So, you see all of them had some valid intentions and justifications!!

The only person whom I feel have never had any good intentions and has always worked for her sake is PIA!!

Pia: I feel she is such a self centered person!!!

a) She was committed to Pushy Baby, broke it, went after Jai for money. Told him she woudl marry him but then ran away on the day of wedding because she could not take Jigs' taunts!!

b) She could not adjust with Pushy's family especially the mom!!

c) She aborted Pushy's child!!

d) She went after Jai even though Rano told her that Bani loves Jai

e) slept with Jai

f) wants Jai back even though she knows that Bani loves Jai and they both are giving their marriage one more chance!!!

Pia's mistakes are definitely not pardonable!!!
But rest of them, God bless them!!

Completely agree with you.

Pia did the same thing with Jai, by throwing herself at him again and again, even though he refused her offer of her self and said its wrong, but no, she kept on repeating Bani didi doesnot love you!😡 She never even asked her didi if she loved Jai, though Rano did tell her and informed her a number of times that Bani loves Mr. Walia, but she chose to ignore it.😡

Completely agree with you on the whole Pia thing.

Jai is raked with guilt because he knows that he committed a very big mistake, sleeping with Pia.

Bani knows she hurt Jai alot with her behaviour and has been honest in accepting it to Jai amd has even tried to explain her reasons for doing so.

Pushkar too has apologised in his own way for the hurt he caused Jai sir with his betryal.

Pia, is one character that I can't feel sorry for at all. Waht ever pain she is going through is all because of her delusional mind and its works and her compelet self centeredness.😡

If shew wants to redeem herself in her own eyes she really needs to carry out a selfless act like leave her sister and Jai alone with their happiness.

that is a very well written post and i like your POV.
"to err is human" after all, and i agree that apart from Pia, everyone made mistakes, uneittingly, sometimes unwillingly and sometimes out of sheer lack of logic. But, they all realise their mistakes, and grieve, feel sorry and even try to make amends.
that is why J,B and Pushy can all be forgiven.
I agree, sleeping w Pia was a BIG mistake, but look at the circumstances and now he is trying to behave like a gentleman while trying to make it clear that he is not interested in her.
But Pia... 😡 🤢 😡 the less said the better...no redemption, no saving grace and finally no forgiveness.
