however still remains the alleged victim/ partner in act...

As per the circumstancial evidence, rather jus one tape..of the hideous act.. proves beyond doubt that Jai walia entered Pia Shukla/dixit's room aware of the impending danger, and has in state of partial conciousness, willing stood there while she advnaced on him, instead of acting for self protection... 😡

On this basis, the court considers Jai Walia incapable to protecting himself against such advances from women.. especially ex girlfriends... in state of intoxication...
and considering his self proclamation of being a lost man and loser...

The court pronounces the following punishment:

Jai walia for the rest of his life shall seek advice of his Bani... for any act ... related to signing papers..
as well as related to the number of pegs of scotch he can consume.... 😆

Jai Walia will denied the permission to recreate the 6/19 scene with his wife...yet again.. for the next 3 months. 😆

He shall be denied access to his office and will be confined to his room to listen to sermons by his wife, who shall lead him on the path to saint hood.. with her recent... experience..

Mr Jai Walia will also have to join the course for anger management, and continue doing so, for the next 7 years. The number 7 seems significant and hence it has been chosen yet again for Mr Jai Walia. 😆

Jai walia will also have to join public speaking course , where he shall undertake a course to learn to answer questions posted by public and overcome his weakness of being tongue tied when asked personal questions.

Mrs Bani Walia has been given exclusive additional rights to join in providing additonal punishment to Jai Walia as she chooses best, for the acts of misconduct , performed by Jai Walia with her in the recent past... 😆
