Haaiiiii all you lovely peoples!! (lmao, i sounded like ram!) well, here's part 6!! this one is dedicated specially to my silent fan, andrea!! hehehe she's been coaxing me for the longest while to post next part, heheh so here it is!!! Hope i don't disappoint you andy!!

Chapter 6:

"Ok, now, Madam President, hurry up and get to the lunch room in one hour exact!" Raj told her with a mysterious smile, than ran out from the room and disappeared, so as to avoid her insistent questions! (hehe as you can see from both my ff's my Bani's are very persistent gals! lol)

Bani stared at the door where the old man had escaped down the hall. She chuckled silently as she thought of his antics, then turned to her desk to see what work she could do in the next hour. She saw a large white envelope in the centre of the desk. It had her name embossed in gold. Curiously she opened it. It contained a large,home made card with warm wishes from all of her friends at the office, as well as some transfer documents which she would need. She beamed as she read the comments by her friends. Placing the card in her purse, she turned to the cabinet at the side of her desk. She knew the company had recently gotten a proposal for opening a business somewhere in Delhi. She quickly found the file and sat down familiarising herself with the data and what not. She scanned quickly, seeing that it was a for beach side bed n breakfast. She liked that idea a lot. As she was about to see what company she was going to eb working with, Raj's secratary called her and told her that she was needed in the lunch room now, her hour was up! Bani was shocked at how fast her hour had gone by, she quickly tidied her ponytail, and straightened her shalwar kameez, then followed the secratary out to the lunch room.

"Kaun hai Bani?" growled Roshni. She was sulkin on the couch in Jai's office.
"How would I know? I dont even know who YOU are! Aren't you the expert with all Jai's women?" snapped Anjali. Roshni gave her a dirty look, then returned to her musings. "Look, whatever, if Jai is not ready to talk, or be serious, I'm out! If you're sticking around, tell him that we need to talk or something...Actually, yo dont tell him anything on my behalf, i'll call him myself" Anjali half screamed in frustration. She had no idea what to do or say, or who to trust anymore. Jai had broken her heart and her trust! She stormed out in anger, slamming the door behind her. Roshni glared at her retreating back, flicked her hair and stalked off.

Jai sat, sweating consistently despite the extremely cold AC. "Kyaa huwa Jai? What happened?" asked Aditya, Jai's best friend and business partner. Jai shook his head, unsure of how to answer. "Roshni--Anjali, here, office, together, Bani!" He stuttered. He had unbottened his shirt halfway, and sat running his hand through his hair. "What Jai?! Tell me, what happened?" asked Aditya worriedly. He heard two names he knew, but one he had no idea of. He grew instantly worried when he heard Roshni's name, because Roshni only caused trouble. "Aditya, they, both of them, my office, same time! I said something stupid, Anjali knows...I need to stop playing these women, especially sweet innocent ones like Anjali" Jai managed to tell. Aditya stared in horror. He always knew Jai was a little player, but he never knew he would get caught! "Jai my boy, you need to talk to Anjali now, set the record straight. And you need to get rid off all 5 women you are with, ESPECIALLY ROSHNI!!" advised Aditya, to which Jai agreed readily. He picked up the phone to dial Anjali's mobile, but Aditya stopped him. "Give her some time to cool off. And...Jai?? Who's Bani?" Aditya asked curiously. Upon hearing the name, Jai started blushing, and his heart started to race. "Bani" he sighed. He smiled dreamily as he explained Bani to Aditya. Aditya listened with a hanging jaw. He had NEVER EVER seen Jai in this state...NEVER!! After Jai replayed the story of how they met, and then, what had just went down in his office. Aditya beamed, grinning like a kid when he heard what Jai had slipped in his office.
"Jai Jai Jai...you don't know her for more than an hour, yet you're in love! Well, I never thought this day would come!" Aditya chuckled.
"I'm not in love! That was an accident! Jai Walia never falls in love!" Jai said indiginantly. He knew deep down that he loved this woman with all his heart, but his conscious mind would not let him believe he was in love. His ego was too big! "Sure Jai, sure" Aditya said, pissing Jai off (in friendly way). Jai punched Aditya, then picked up the phone. He dialed Anjali's mobile.
"Hello, Anjali?Anjali wait! Don't hang up...please! We need to talk, i'm so sorry for today! Look, i'll pick you up at 7, we'll go for dinner. We'll talk then ok?!" Jai pleaded on the phone. After some time, he succeeded in persuading her to go with him. Aditya shook his head, and left Jai in the room.

"SURPRISEE!!!" shouted everyone in the lunch room. Bani grinned in her child-like way. She glowed with happiness as she entered the lunch room. It was decorated with pretty decorations in a PINK theme (duh)and everyone from the office was seated wearing pointy party hats with soft coloured frills, perched lopsidedly on their big heads (LMAO ahah). Raj and Rani sat in the middle of everyone with opened arms. Bani quickly ran over to them, and took their blessings. Everyone cheered and clapped. "Congratulations Bani!" said a voice from behind Bani. She turned "Saloni!" Saloni was her best friend forever! They had met during a business conference, which both were forced to attend (Bani by foster parents, Saloni by her husband and brother-in-law) and had become dear friends ever since!
(ok you guys no its not a tiffany FF if Saloni is not in it! Lol) Saloni squealed and hugged the girl. Now, both were business competitors, since Bani now owned Mittal Inc, and Saloni's Husband owned The Singh Group of Companies, but that wasn't really a bother, as both joked about it. "How did you manage to come?" Bani asked, really happy to meet her friend. Saloni beamed, pleased, and indicated to the Mittals who sat right there. "Aww" Bani squealed, adn hugged both old people tightly. Bani stood, receiving all the well wishes from all of her other friends at the office, when someone tapped her on her shoulder. "Bani?" an extremely handsome guy, deressed in a faded pink shirt and jeans, asked.He seemed somewhat familiar to Bani, but she couldn't make head or tale of it. Blinking twice, Bani whispered, "Yes?". The guy gave a dazzling smile, then handed over a large fuzzy teddybear, with a pink bow, and a bouquet of pink and white roses. Then he gave her a warm hug. Bani was taken aback at this cute stranger's actions, but made no effort to pull away. (hehe, so like a kid!) As he pulled away, she asked "Wh-who are you? Don't i know you from somewhere?" to which the guy chuckled, nodded and said "you seem strangely familiar" then bent down and took blessings from the old couple. "Bless you son!" said Raj. Now Bani was even more confused. "Bani, this is our nephew, Pushkar Shukla." Raj explained. Pushkar smiled and shook her hand. "H-hi Pushkar nice to meet you" Bani stuttered shyly."Nice to meet you too Bani!" he said brightly. Bani gazed at his face. He was gorgeous! Saloni noticed this, and nudged Bani in the ribs, "Not long till you start drooling!" she whispered. Bani jumped, and turned away, blushing like mad. Everyone laughed.
Th office spent the rest of the day celebrating their new Boss, enjoying the party in the lunch room. On Raj's insistence, Pushkar Bani and Saloni all had lunch together and got to know each other better. Pushkar was very keen to get to know Bani and vice versa. Bani was unsure of how to talk to him without melting, thank god Saloni was there! They got it clear, that Pushkar had no problem with Bani taking over their family business, as he had heard lots of wonderful things about her, and knew there was no one better for the job. Bani smiled as the three of them talked and then it hit her! "PUSHKAR!" she exclaimed, making Pushy and Saloni sky up from their seats. "Haan, it's me, Pushkar" he replied, watching her as if she'd gone mad.
"No no no!" Bani said, waving ofhis response, "I mean! that's where i know you from!! The club! You're that Pushkar!!!!" she explained. Realisation struck Pushkar too. "Oooohhh Yessss!!! hmmmm" he replied. Now only Saloni was left out of the circle. Bani quickly noted her friend's unkowing expression and filled her in on everything. Saloni noticed how much times Bani blushed as she told the story, but only when the name "Mr Walia" was mentioned. Saloni decided to get info on that later on! Pushkar then remembered Pia, the sister he had met and fallen for in the club. But he was now soo confused, becuase seeing Bani properly and spending time with her, he had started to fall for her slightly. "Hows Pia?" he asked. "Oh she's great! She returned only last night from a model shoot." Bani replied enthusiatically. Pushkar nodded, still confused about who he liked more right about now. He knew he had felt something for Pia that night, something he had never felt before for anyone, yet here he was actually enjoying Bani's lively company, he cute face, her silly antics which made him laugh. Bani and Saloni both noticed Pushkar's new silence, and looked questioningly at him. "Is everything alright Pushkar?" Saloni asked, touching his hand. Pushkar realised how silent he had become,a dn quickly put on a bright smile. "Yes!!"
"Oh Ok" she said. Saloni's phone rang, it was her hubby, he was looking for her, demanding that she come home immediately as he missd her too much! Saloni blushed as she spoke to him, and nearly died when Bani and Pushkar broke out into fits of giggles like little kids. "Just wait and see, one day you both will be married and would know what its like!" she said lightly, and then got up to leave. "Oh, Bani, do you want a ride home?" Saloni asked. Bani refused, said she didnt' want to keep Nahar uncle (Saloni's pati) waiting! With that, Saloni left the two. Bani got up, informing Pushkar that it was late, and she had to get home to her sisters. Pushkar nodded, then insisted that he took her home. Bani wasn't sure why, but, agreed eventually.




OK GUYS!!! THATS IT, I MADE IT REALLLLYYY LONG TO MAKE UP FOR THE NEXT WEEK, AS I WONT HAVE TIME TO POST WHAT WITH SCHOOL AND ALL.... HOPE YOU ALL ENJOYED!! ADN HAVE NO FEAR, NOTHING IS GOING TO GO DOWN WITH PUSHKAR AND BANI...WAIT AND SEE hehehe, next part will bring Bani back to that night when she was saved by hunky hunk Jai Walia and then she'll realise pushkar is more of best friend than lover ahahahahah dont worry guys, i kno better... i mean, i'm in a forum full of JB lovers, do i look like i want to get beaten with a gazillion belans? hahahaha
