Part 6
Bani has been working hard all morning, she doesn't even realize its lunch time. This job is really draining she thinks to herself , but it will pay the bills. The phone rings "Ji Mr Walia"
"Hahn Bani meri Masi ani walli hai luch lecher tum unko andher chod dehna teekh hai and you can also go to lunch for an hour."
"Ji Mr Walia." Bani hangs up the phone and looks up she sees a lady wearing a white sari with a blue borer standing in front of her."
"Munna andher hai." She asks.
Bani is looking at her and repeats, "Munna…….. Oh Mr Walia yes madam woh andher hai, let me show you the way." Bani leads her into Mr Walia's office. Bani is really for uncomfortable what is wrong with Mr. Walia's masi why is she staring at me like that. "Mr Walia, madam is here. I will be back in an hour." And she leaves. She could feel her back burning because this lady keeps on staring at her.
Masi turns around and looks at Jai." Jai beta yeh tum ne kaise secretary rakhi huia hai."
"kyon Masi kiya hua. Kya karabi hain Bani mein."
"Karabi kapde dekhe ous ke tauba tauba. Aaaj kal ke ye ladkyan be, dhang ke kapde toh pahen ne aate nahin."
"Aap kyon pareshan hain masi, humari Anu bhe aise kapde…….."
"Teek hai beta I understand, lekhin yeh tumhara office hai, college thodi, ko wo aise aise kapde pakhe tumhare samne tahalte phire. Waise tumhe kaise lagi yeh kya naam bataya tha ……… haan Bani."
"Acchi ladki hain masi aaj ous ka pehla din hai, kal woh aai thee salwar kameez pahen ke to maine hee kaha ke office type kapde pahen ke ana. Maine lekhin aaj phir keh diya ke kal aise kapde nahin paye."
"Beta yah beje ki hindi film thodi hain ke bechari roj fashion badal thi rahe, chalo aba chodo, khana khate hain tumhe bhook lagi hogi, mujhe to bahut hi bhook lagi hain. Dekhte hain Tony ne kya beja hain."
"Waise Jai beta aaj tumhari shart ka phela din hain or maine dekhan shoru kar diya hain. Mujhe lagta hain ke mein Mandar jyon gi or bhagwan se ek achi si bahu mangu gi mere munna ke liye."
"Aap bhe masi, I don't want to talk about this."
"Acha teek hai, lehkin tell me tumhe kaise ladki pasand hai, main bilkul waise lekhe ao gi."
" I don't know masi, maine es barre mein kabhi socha nahin, waise bhe maine aap ko bataya ke aap ki pasand ki kisi bhe ladki se main shadi karne ko tyar ho, or ab mein es ke bare mein koi baat nahin karma chahta hoon."
One hour passed with them eating and didn't even realize. Masi was just packing up to go home when Bani came back and knocked on the door. "Please hold on Bani"
"Arre beta ouse andher ane kho kaho. Hum tho finish ho gaye hain, chalo rahene dho main darwaza khol dehti hoon."
Masi opens the door and can't belive what she sees. "Arre tum itni jaldi kapde badal ke agi. Kamaal hain jai beta tumhari secretary toh bahut he fashionable hai. Lagta hain ke beji ki purani film ka koi ghana chal raha, jahan ghana mein kapde bahut change hote hain., acha beta ghar pe milte hain." And walks out.
Jai just stands there and is staring at Bani who is now wearing Khaki colored capris with a black tank top and plain black shoes. This time she tried Rano's style of clothes. Jai was thinking lagta hain ke Miss Bani Dixit ko salwar kameez hee pahen ke aana hoga roj. Yeh sab en de bas mein nahin hain. He finally speaks out. "Bani, Bani"
Bani is so embarrassed at what Masi just said. Here she thought that going home and wearing something that covered her more would benefit her. Yeh sabh mere hi saath kyon hota hai. Mr. Walia's masi really hates me she thinks to herself. Lekhin mujhe kya fark parta hain woh mujhe pasand kare yah na kare. She finally comes back and realizes that Mr. Walia is calling her name out. " Yes Sir"
"Bani mein soch rahan tha ke…. Tum aise karma kal se apni pasand ke kapde he pahena"
"Lekin Mr Walia mein tho salwar kameez or kabhi kabhi sari pahen ti hoon."
"Then its settled, that is what you will wear, aaj mujhe bahar kaam hai and I will have to leave early." You can leave around 3 as well."
"Teek hai Mr Walia." And Bani left the office. Bani works for two more hours and decides to leave. She can't go home with Ria since she will work until five. So she goes out and is waiting at the bus stand to go home. When a black car with tinted wdos pulls in front of her.
