Sorry, Jai isn't available for modelling through model point. I can put aditya, dadi and piya up as well. If it's easier for you to see... or just click on the link. But no Jai... He's actor I guess not a model. Saloni is on there from Saat Phere. She looks so different style wise than from the show.

That is the whole reason I found this. I am trying to find out. Does anyone know? He is even on the cover of Desiz Boys Jaa Re Jaa album. Maybe if anyone has it, it says. His video persona is much different from KS.

Here's a little extra for those Sahil fans: It's really old, so I am only posting it here....I highlighted sahil's part

Contestants of Mr. India
tilt 'mama's boys'

BANGALORE, India -- Many of the big and brawny males vying to become Mr India in the country's only beauty pageant for men admit they are "mama's boys."

"Definitely I am a mama's boy," said model Falvin Luicien, a finalist in Saturday's event held in the southern city of Bangalore.

"I go to her to get advice whenever I need it and I am bound by her decisions," said the 24-year-old, wearing a sleeveless jacket to display his rippling muscles.

The Bombay-based model along with 30 other contestants was selected for the final round of the annual competition, the only one of its kind in India, from 12,000 entries.

He told AFP, "Even though I am a mama's boy, I think I have matured after getting into this profession."

Fellow competitor Prashant Ranyal, 23, said he also relied on his mum. "But it is time I got out of this mentality and tried to prove myself. Still, I think I will remain a mama's boy," he said.

The contestants were grilled by a panel of 10 judges, including India's cricket maestro Sunil Gavaskar, former Miss World Priyanka Chopra and Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon.

Then they showed off their physique in swimsuits.

The Mr India competition, which this year included a turbaned Sikh, Jaspal Sehgal for the first time, will help Indian men gain confidence, some of the judges said.

"Women in India are used to demure roles and now men are entering the territory ... This is the best chance for men to break a stereotype role," said judge and renowned fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani.

"Indian men cuddle up to their mothers. Now coming out and walking down the ramp, showing off their bodies and competing with others will make them get out of that mould."

Priyanka Chopra agreed such contests for men would help them cut the apron strings.

"Indian men prefer family. They might party all along, but at the end of the day they come back home. These men have strong family ties.

"Though they are mama's boys, competitions such as these will change that. It will teach them what exactly they want and how to get it," she said.

But the winner, Raghu Mukherjee, was reluctant to give himself a label. "I am a very family man. I spend my spare time at home. I am the only child of the parents and am very attached to them. Even though I am strictly not a mama's boy, I listen to their advice," Mukherjee said.*AFP

And another old article for Sahil fan's from Hindustani Times, unfortunately the link is outdated... it's for April 27, 2004. The same year he was a model in Lakhme Fashion Week :). Maybe he still doesn't drink.. I've seen Anu drunk and Jai on tv, but not Sahil..lol. Again this is old and repeated, so sorry.

Hunks, not hulks: Our lean, mean, fighting machines

Fruit Punch: Eat a heavy breakfast and a light lunch but try and skip dinner or just go in for fruit. Playing a high-energy game helps and sportsmen have an edge over others.

Goodbye bulging biceps welcome fab abs. What designers need on the ramp and directors want to shoot for celluloid are real bodies and not walking advertisements for neighbourhood gyms. Ask Zayed Khan, who spews attitude with his lean, hungry looks in Farha Khan's Main Hoon Na, or Hrithik Roshan, who plays the lithe lieutenant in Farhan Akhtar's Lakshya.

No wonder model Bhanujit Sudan decided to change his workout regimen by shifting away from heavy weights and graduating to lighter ones. "The ramp demands us to look real and not muscular. Therefore, not only have I changed my gym but also my diet plan," says Sudan.

Taking the same ideology forward is model Prashant Ranyal who stays away from alcohol, abides by a high-protein diet and jogs regularly. "An hour of gymming is enough but it's important to know what to do. It helps if you are sportsman. I play basketball and work at two body parts every day. So, by the end of the week, the entire body is covered," adds model Tony Luke.

Most models stay away from oily foods, starch or carbohydrates. "As a rule, dinner must be light. I just have fruits but the breakfast has to be like a king's meal," adds Luke. Many models eat a lot of egg white, chicken and fish but avoid potatoes. "If you get hungry in between meals, have juice but never

starve yourself. And if you have an occasional craving for rasmalai, succumb to the temptation but burn it all out at the gym," suggests model Karan Sood.

Nitin Singh lives on a diet of boiled food, sprouts and salads. Rice and roti are taboo for him. Plus, he sticks to cardiovascular exercises. "The more cardio you do the leaner you get. So I do aerobics and sometimes take dance classes," says Singh.

For the slim look, the ideal bodyweight depends on the height. If you're six feet or taller, you should ideally weigh between 70-75 kilos. Less than that, the relative weight is between 65-70 kilos. "But you have heavy bones, you really can't change your body structure. Then your fitness trainer will help you do specific exercises for different body parts," says Rajneesh Duggal.

With their hectic schedules, whenever models are travelling they find it hard to visit the gym. In these periods, a swim or an hour of jogging does the job for them. It's not that you get slimmer only if you sweat it out in a gym. "It's important to stay away from aerated drinks or sweets. Also, I attend dance classes to chill when I get tired of the gym," says Bobby Sainiyol.
