Lol well my issue is I'm not sure if I am a bigger RD or JD...so it gets confusing. As for AD...I adored Armaan Suri's character for the first year or so of JJKN. He had that attitude, charisma, and his casanova ways just were too much to handle. Ya he treated Jassi like dirt but it was nice to see a grey character on tv...a rich boy raised w/a silver spoon in his mouth but deep in his heart completely alone and actually very close to holding 'middle-class mentality'. After that JJKN went down the tubes and Armaan's character basically became a spineless jhoru ka ghulam who just followed the supposedly oh-so-glamarous Jassi around.

I watched Mamta for some time as I thought the story line was building up well and I liked the plot between Mamta and Akshay...but it took abt a month for the serial to be completely trashed. I used to wonder for the first week or two when I watched Mamta why it wasn't getting the ratings...then I figured out why...it was pathetic. The image has stayed...haven't changed it yet...

90210 type gals I meant the typical 'like oh my god...like totally' type girls...u know to be blunt...bimbos... 😕 😕 😕 ...can imagine them doing that twirling pencil around hair bit...intentionally...

😆 Aditee....you're too much yaar...actually I didn't like Armaan either. I was in the Purab gang in JJKN. I was his main defense lawyer there....extremely vocal in his favour and attacked everyone who attacked him. But what can I say I like the strong and silent types and well his personality and good looks weren't a bad deal either 😉 But anyways now I'm completely devoted to RK and noone else on TV! 😳I actually don't watch anything else either so this is my cheesy ending to this post....RK...."24/7 I think of you" 😳😛

Ok gals so I cheated and did watch it out of order...at least I kept true to my word 😛 But here's my views on July 7th epi:
RK IS HOT! So it's not a new observation but hey I never tire of saying it, you guys never tire of hearing it and well RK never gives me a reason to stop saying it either! He's sick and yet he looks like a million bucks! 😳 God....if only I could jump into the TV, grab him and run away..far far away! Anyways back to the topic...so that black sherwani did do wonders for me! I guess I can't say it enough but he was looking absolutely delectable and sexy! Like MT said I could hardly take my eyes off him so couldn't concentrate on what he was saying! I really didn't catch much except when he asks Bani "main pehna doon?" which I must say was practically the best dialogue in the entire episode! The smug smile he had on his face was just to die for and the happiness Bani had on hers was hard to ignore! What a cute couple they make! 😳 I loved how he stood as the head of the family and declared Bani as his lucky charm much to Roshni and Jigs' discomfort! Very nice scene! 👏 👏
Now the rest of the episode I must say was quite a let down (ok except for the expressions of RK during the dance sequence). I like Saloni but this cross advertising is absolutely ridiculous. Jai was as courteous as he can be (the gentleman that he is) and Bani was spunky but correct me if I'm wrong did it not seem like Saloni came coz Jai invited her. So did he forget to mention that it was Anu and Ranveer's wedding as well? 😕 Coz Saloni only seemed to have brought a gift for Rano although from her entrance it seemed as though JW introduced Bani to Saloni. So it's not like Bani and Saloni were bachpan ke saathi although during the rest of the episode it did seem so! 😕 And well my beef is with Saloni though...I mean she knows that she's coming to 3 weddings then why would she only bring 1 gift only to gift Rano and not the other brides. Sorry dwelling on silly issues I realise but just adds to my frustration over the epi!
Ok moving on....I honestly didn't like the song where they brought the brides in the beginning or the song that Bani and Saloni danced to. However, Bani was really good...I mean I knew that Saloni was good (considering that she's a trained dancer) but Bani matched her steps! She looked absolutely flirtatious and Jai was BRILLIANT in getting her but also avoiding her the very same! What beautiful expressions and what a cute smile he had constantly plastered on his face! Just when we think we can't be any more in love with him he has to go and prove us wrong! Why can't he just be like the other guys and not affect me so! 😳 Oh well...they say Bhagwaan jo bhi karte hain (i.e. RK) bhale ke liye hi karte hain (i.e. mere dil ki chain ke liye) 😉
Btw the grooms looked absolutely ridiculous....didn't like the brides all that much either but I mean Ranveer looked like that Air India Maharajah with different colour combo of course 😛 Sahil looked pretty ridiculous in that colour and lets not even go to frog-faced Rohit! 🤢 I guess it was Kekta's plan to make our RK stand out so much and shine in his glory!
Jigs little act was over the top although Jigs and Adi's flirting was entertaining! The kanyadaan bit was cute and I guess you could see in Bani's eyes how grateful she was to have Jai sit in place of Rano's dad to conduct the ceremony. I think was the 2nd best scene in the episode! 👏
Btw when I said I hate cross-promotion did I mention the Golmal thing? Coz if I didn't I guess it's only coz of how disgusted I was with the idea! It's only a couple of mins of the show but it breaks the flow and is absolutely annoying like the guy who eats tubelights! 🤢 Another reason for why this epi didn't meet my expectations!
The entrance of R&R's mom was quite well expected in a lot of ways! I mean we all knew that Kekta would put a spin on Ranvijay's lie but I mean did they have to have a past just coz Kekta has to justify their absence during kanyadaan? 😆 Anyways whoever said that Raashi looks older than her mom is completely justified....coz she truly did! I mean so many young girls to choose from and Kekta has to pick this woman to play Raashi. 😕 Anyways rest set aside...why did Roshni look worried. She isn't aware of Ranvijay's little talk with Bani or Jai after her so why should she be worried? 😕 Another question to ask Kekta! 😛
It was nice of Jai to be so attentive to Bani Holmes' insticts. I mean that phone was loud but he couldn't have heard their conversation so it was a good thing he always has his eyes on Bani! 😛 Hope this means that Jai will rescue Bani yet again and this time not wait for her approval on the conditions and just blurt the raaz out! Lets get it over with! Chop chop Kekta! 😛
Btw Soap and Aditee...you guys were right they def took clips of Jai and played them over and over again. But I can see the good in this....that would mean less hours for RK = more good care taken at home by Gautami = quicker recovery i.e. more of our eye-candy 😉 So I don't have any problems as long as they keep him in love with Bani I don't have any probs 😛 They could make a slideshow of RK and show it to me and I wouldn't bat an eyelid....such is the love of his gopiyaan 😉 😆
