Yes I watched it on the opening day. Knew if I didn't go today than I might miss it with other movies coming out. I couldn't wait for the day to pass and 6.30 to come around. My Views:

Ajay, Emraan, Randeep really bring the their characters to life. As usual the men have a more meatier roles than the girls. Kangana as glamorous doll does her part well but after seeing her in fashion what a pity she did not get to show acting skills. Prachi is seen bit and pieces and does really wonderful job. She does deserve a chance to be a lead and hope someone gives it to her.

What I liked was the pace of the story, there is no dragging or choppy bits and pieces. I read that it would have been nice to see how Sultan came to power but after watching, not really because the scenes do convey how he became what he did...definitely a longer length of movie would have become a bore. The music definitely is loud and crassy and the way it should be, after all the movie is about characters that are larger than life, men who commands fear and in case of Sultan, respect. The romantic numbers are short and sweet and as we know the songs pee loon and tum jo aye are chart toppers...

The surprise of the movie is definitely Randeep Hooda. I think this film has given him a chance to show that he is acting capabilities...as ACP Agnel Wilson...he is very watchable. Unlike other movies when the side characters are weird or makes you wonder why they cast them in the movie...I must say all the side characters in the movie have done good job where in some movie they would be turn off...here there is no mouthy, loud or stupid stereotypical sidekicks. Even the guy who play Emraan's father, who is a policman is credible. The script and dialogue writer will definitely be in running for award and must say Milansaab has done good job in direction.

Love the ending where Shohaib kills Sultan and is than shown sitting staring up at the sky. No dramatic, emotional dragged out end...end of Sultan and the beginning of the rise of the Prince...

If you like thrillers, action and dramatic entertainer than this is definitely it...my dollars spent were worth it. I sat watching every minute of it...not feeling bored.

ps I haven't seen Love Sex and Dhoka which has got critical acclaim for Ekta. I think she has proven she is risk taker and can produce hatke entertainment pieces.

Base on your reviews, I will definitely go and see the movie this week.

The reviews I've read on Prachi acting in the movie was all positive, lets

hope she is given the chance by producers/directors to show her full potential.

Producers/directors needs to realize that bollywood is not only made up of a few

actresses whose last name start with a "K".😉

Take care.

Very well said Cupid dear, we should look for talent beyond those and I sincerely wish Prachi all the best !!
