Prachi Desai In Holiday Mode

First it was the 18 hours a day shootings for her TV soap Kasamh Se and then came along the reality dance show Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa and before she could enjoy the fruits of her hard work, there was an addition to her routine with rigorous gym workouts to ready her for the big Bollywood debut. And now with the appreciation and accolades Prachi Desai has received with Rock On , the girl truly deserves a break.

The 21-year-old has packed her bags and is all set to fly to Bangkok with her girl gang. The seven days trip begins from the 24th of September and accompanying Prachi is good friend and mentor Ekta Kapoor. "I think we all deserve this break," smiles Ekta. The producer says that she is proud of Prachi's performance in Rock On .

In the past, it was Ekta who spotted the amazing talent in this college kid. "She was studying then and wasn't too keen on pursuing a career in acting. But I knew that she had great potential," recalls Ekta. Talking about the Bangkok trip she says: "A few creative heads of my company will be flying with us and I'm hoping that it will be a great holiday," she says keeping her fingers crossed. It seems Prachi is truly inspired by Ekta's mantra of work hard and party harder, who apparently is taking her first break in two years!
