heyy guyys, i was just looking thru youtube for old songs, and from dunno where, this video came up.. its of the title song of zee's chausath panne manshaa... chausath panne had a total of four different stories/serials 1) dil na jaane kyun - vikas sethi, ritu chaudhry seth 2) manshaa - gulrez khan, raam kapoor, manav gohil

3) aandhi - simone singh, vinay jain, faizal khan (aamir's brother)

4) lavanya - shilpa saklani, rohit bakshi, gaurav chopra?? (he's narayani shashtri's real life BF) and the guy who pays dheer in Saat Phere... forgot his name too)

well, each of these serials had only 64 episodes each, but ppl loved manshaa so much, this show was a great hit, so that was the only show which was like 150+ episodes (lasted 8months or so, instead of 4 months)...

well, in this, raam kapoor was playing the husband vinay of gulrez khan who played manshaa... after some time into the story, vinay dies, and manshaa gets married to rohit played by manav gohil. actually, when vinay dies, manshaa is in a state of shock so her sasuraal makes her get married to rohit so that she gets out of that shock, and also so that manshaa's unborn child, who she later names diya, gets a father...

this title song of manshaa basically like tells the whole story in 2 mins, but if anyone wants to know the real story detail by detail, like if u forgot it, or didnt even watch that serial, feel free to ask/PM me... manshaa was one of my fav serials (includings kareena kareena/ kyph...)...

walia looked really thin and handsome yummy here, then suddenly when he started acting in ks, he became not so yummy looking, he put on so much of weight...

in that serial, i really liked ram as vinay, but when he died, rohit did actually did suit manshaa...

by the way, i wanna ask u.....

how many of u still remember this serial of manshaa???

and if u still remember, how many prefer the manshaa-vinay jodi to the jai-bani jodi???

to tell u all the truth, i preper the manshaa-vinay jodi...

always liked them better...

prachi desai as bani looked too young for her mr walia, i thought she suited jay bhanushali instead... u know, how she had that special apperance in some starplus show (KSBKBT) where jay as neev in guest appearance said that prachi (panchhi bora) his first love was married to someone else and very much in love with her husband, and then he started to flirt with prachi (bani).... hehehe...

i found that scene really funny, and cute tho... michi do make a cute couple, but we must not forget poor neev/ jay who was supposed to pair opposite panchhi/prachi as neev by then his character was sidelined coz ppl preferred michi jodi, then jay wanted to quit...

well, anyways...

i thought that prachi desai looked good with abhay vakil or even naman shaw (wadda u think guyys) but definitely not my walia... then gurdeep kohli on the other hand... i always liked her in sanjiveeni as dr juhi paired with mr rahul, and no one else

oh yeh i remember this.. my brain only ticked till the last few secs where the other guy gets an eye lash from the leads face and tells her to wish 😆

i cant remember the storyline much i remember one storyline about a train and a few ppl got lost and they ended up marryin one another, one wore glasses that was a pretty cool drama

hehe... i remember that train thingy... that show was called miit (friend) and it was starring vikas bhalla, deepa parab (her first show as a main character after chioti maa), and a few other ppl... vikas was playing akash, and he was married to his childhood love shruti, while deepa on the other hand (forgot her characters name) was married to some other guyy... one night when both couples were going on the same train for their honeymoon or smth, then the wives got exchanges... meaning, shruti came to deepa's hubby, and deepa went to shruti... and no one, meaning the husband's didnt find out, until much later, because they hadnt seen their wive's faces yet...

that was an ok ok serial, but i think as i not so clearly remember... later into the show, vikas bhalls left the show, and there was a new akash, and if i am not mistaken, which i probably am coz i dont clearly remember, i think hiten tejwani or his lookalike or smth was playing the second akash...

heyy, by the way... anyony remember the older serials???

yes... i watched manshaa too. i actually loved ram & gulrez in that. but, those days i didnt' know about IF, so i was too shocked when ram's character vinay died suddenly....then i lost interest with mansha going round and round to various places, trusting various guys...(phew..) then i saw only the last 2 dpisodes so as to see the ending.

anyways... i loved the song and enjoyed the video.

hey nice video...ram looks cool as he always looked in those days...abhi pata nahin kya hua hai usse....i hope he doesn't have obesity related illness 😔 i wish he could look the same...young, lean, stylish and handsome....

i remember hip hip hurray...used to be my fav...

i kinda remember choti maa and koi apna sa titles but can't remember the show, if you could give me some hints to remember these two it will be helpful....i am getting this feeling that these two were great shows....thanks once again!!

I loved Mansha. In fact, Ram, Gulrez, Manav, all were great in the serial. The story was completed in 64 episodes, I think and so there was no dragging! Really felt bad when Ram's character, Vinay died in the serial.

Yes, I loved Ram in Mansha. But you know what, I love Ram as Jai Walia too! Yes, with the weight and all. Its me, Iooks play secondary role when compared to the actor, his acting talent and the type of role!

The thing is, there, in Mansha, Ram played a young man, but in KS, he started off as an older man who grew older as the serial progressed! 😆 As for the Ram and Prachi jodi, well, if people didn't like this pair, then they wouldn't be so popular, would they? They had to look like a pair with a huge age difference!

I also loved the other serial, Dil Na Jaane kyun.
