Here is what you have to do:
Step One:
Open photoshop
Step Two:
When you click on New option, following window will pop-up
type everything as above.
Step Three:
Zoom in as follow. coz we might think it is small but if we set the settings to 100% it is perfect.
Step Four:
You save the blank banner as .jpg. and open it in Paint Brush. Here you will paste the Pictures you want to add in your Banner.
Step Five:
This is how you make your pictures small so they can fit in your banner. First thing. Select the picture you want to Add. By opening it from you Documents.
Step Six:
When your picture is opened, go to Image and Image size, as shown below.
Step Seven:
A window will pop-up. Add your height ( I mean the picture's Height as 90). But be sure to click on the option in the green box below "Constrain Proportions" by clicking this the picture will automatically will set the width and the graphics. so it does not look bad.
Step Eight:
Your Picture is now Shrinked!
Step Nine:
Highlight the small picture and Copy / Paste it in the Paint Brush.
Step Ten:
Do the similar process with all the pictures you need. and Paste them on your Banner in Paint Brush
Step Elevan:
Now For the Final Touches!
Open the Banner in Adobe Photo Shop and Zoom In, so you can see it properly.
Step Twelve:
Highlight the part you want to Blur/Fade. it doesnot have to be the boarders but can be any part of the picsture. Your Choice!
Step 13 :
Go to Filter and then Blur. you have many kinds of Blur Options, Experment each. and save it when you are satisfied.
You Can choose and experiment other options in Filter. They are really kool
