No its not an old interview...its the latest...actually i got this from an article...its in the reth forum...it was about some of his old show that he left n shekar of reth is replacing him n towards the end of the article he said that...so i m pretty sure...he will definately end w/kareena...n i think he'll learn to live her lies...i think after she rescues him n his family from lolo's destruction...he will realise how much he loves her and when she is probably leaving for chandigar...he'll stop her and admit his love for her...as i think prem is out of the picture...i think its good she gets tushar in the end!...laters!

The small screen's Pran has shed his goatee and acquired a brand new face. Sandeep Rajora, who played the baddie in the Star One daily Hey…Yehii To Hai Woh, is out of the soap. Ankur Nayyar, who made his entry last night, has replaced him.

"There will be no trademark goatee on Pran now. He will be shown as a clean-shaven suave businessman," says Nayyar, who is also seen as Shekhar in Reth on Zee.

"I had to opt out due to date issues. As I am also doing another daily serial, I had to make a choice. Things were getting extremely hectic," says Rajora, who is Kareena's love interest Tushar in the Zee show Kareena Kareena.

Though Hey… Yehii To Hai Woh! is about the identity crisis of twins Raj and Sameer (Gaurav Chanana), the negative character of Pran was introduced to add the thriller element.

"It was an experimental role for me. That's why I worked on its look and had that distinct goatee," adds Rajora.

He admits that somewhere down the line his character began to be in the sidelines, especially post the Babujee murder mystery track in the show. "Pran sort of began to fizzle out," he says.

Interestingly, Hey… Yehii To Hai Woh!'s producer Sunjoy Wadhwa had christened the negative character Pran after the legendary Bollywood villain as the ultimate in baddie land.

And Nayyar is not only Rajora's friend but was also his roommate. "He did tell me that he was offered this role," adds Rajora, who feels replacements are part of the daily soap scene considering the way they are shot.

"There are lots of last-minute shoots and adjustments and after a point things get difficult," he says.

As for his character Tushar in Kareena Kareena, he says that the track will have him fall deeper in love with Kareena, while she continues lying even more.

Nayyar was earlier seen as Subroto in Kasauti Zindagi Kay and as Vir in Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand.
