Btw Jazmine Tillu is actually this lady REEMA Khan's son. Reema Khan is an actress & I think so is her son. So Kareena used Reema's son & told Mrs. Neelu Pandey that he's Tillu....Kareena's son from Mr. Prem Sood. So basically tillu is part of her LIE-WORLD.
