Is Shiv - Ippy marriage valid?

I donno if this has been noticed by anyone else here before. Its just a question i have since i don't watch KAA regularly and only read the awesome updates.

Is Shiv and Ipshita's marriage really valid? Are ShivGauri divorced legally? I know they signed some paper that was submitted to court to start the procedure which made Gauri's signatures on the property paper invalid. However, to actually get divorce...signing paper is not enuf. The court needs to allow the divorce and i haven't heard of any court hearing happening in KAA or did i miss something? Beside i think according to the law in India the couple would have to live seperated for 6-12 months before they are allowed legal divorce. So i don't think that ShivGauri divorce is processed yet.

In that case Shiv-Ipshita marriage is not valid since Shiv is still married to Gauri and shes not dead or dying.👏👏👏 But then Ekta's creative don't use logic. Their characters are above the law. So umm.... anyway. Even if this point is not used to kick Ipshi out of Shiv's life... I thing our Gauri mata has started to transform into Kaali mata, and the next few epis should be as rocking as KAA was when Iqbal was there. 🥳 I love Pallavi and can't wait for her to be madam Kaali. 😆 Ippi jitna hasna tha hogaya tera to...ab juhe nachna padega apni shaadi ki kushi me nahi balki Gauri ki ungliyon pe.😆 Its gonna be so much fun to watch. I bet anything Gauri is gonna make Ippi like a maid and make her serve Gauri because shes ill and dying.🤣 I can't wait til Monday.

Just a side note: Another thing i wanted to add was that ShivGauri are named after the ideal couple of ShivGauri (hindu Gods). So if thats the case no one will be able to seperate them or come inbetween them. In the hindu mythology the only time Gauri got jelous of another woman was when Shiv captured Ganga in his long tresses and refused to let her out. Gauri got jelous and to apease her Shiv took the form of Ardh Naareshwer. So in that way ShivGauri became one and the same in body and soul and therefore became inseperable. So i think thats what will happen here too. Our ShivGauri are also inseperable like this. hehe just like to believe that cause i think KAA is the only Ekta show that has managed to keep the lead pair together for so long even tho a million problems have risen.

All the points you have mentioned are correct. Shiv and Gauri are not legally yet divorced and hence Ipshitta's marriage with him is not valid. Also, I don't recall any proclamation of Ipshitta's divorce from Anupam as of yet. In that case, both Shiv and Ipshitta are committing a crime. The bit about ShivGauri being forever inseparable is undeniable. Their relationship is the foundation of the show. I had no clue about the mythology part and jealousies, thank you for that! I think that is where Ippshit might fit in. And like you both mentioned, when coming into these kinda things, you have to leave your intellect behind as many things will have you in a buzz.

So, Gauri could perhaps still use her marital status as a weapon on the three witches!

Lets wait and watch... fasten your seatbelts, here comes another Parvati Agarwal!

I know i was thinkin of Parvati bani Janki devi and Bani bani Durga. But Gauri would logically become Kaali because shes Bangali and in KAA they often do the Kaali pooja. So it seemed the right deity. And i like Kaali better than Durga cause Kaali don't show mercy and Durga is ferocious only when provoked to the extent...but Kaali is intimidating to even the evilest of creatures. So I think Kaali avtar will be perfect to combat Nikhila and Ipshita...and Maya to dekhte his behosh ho jayegi.😆 But i hope Pallavi does as good a job as Sakshi did as Janki Devi. I think Pallavi is talented enuf to pull it off and since we have only seen her docile side...it would be so awesome to see her angry side. I still remember the scenes where she thought Iqbal had killed her father and she confronted him and the way she kept hitting him in anger and anguish even tho she knew hes bigger and stronger...wow. So ya can't wait...the creatives better not disappoint us cause i have some high expectations from comming weeks.
