- scene starts in the hospital.gauri is lying and shiv is besides her.kaya is filling the injection and when she goes to give here injection some other nurse comes and tells kaya that there is an emergency call for her so kaya tells her to give injection to gauri.
- nikhila calls the same nurse and tells her to give the injection to gauri which she had told. and she says ok. and gives the wrong injection to gauri.and garui's health deteriorates.
- kaya comes there and asks shiv to go outside and places oxygen mask on gauri's mouth and shiv watches all this form window.and cries.
- samar brings food for sugana and says she should not have any problem.
- sugana then sees a phone and thinks something and asks samar for a tea. he goes.
- then they show shiv goes to ipshita house where the servant tells that she is not home and to wait for her.
- sugana tries to take the phone with her feet and dials shiv number and when she says hello samar comes there and stops her from saying anything.
- samar takes the call and tells shiv that its me. shiv asks which number is this and he tells he came to see mummyji and not to tell daddyji.
- shiv decides to go after waiting for long and when he goes outside meets ippy. and tells her he came to meet her so she can explain to gauri that they both don't love each other now as before and both of them can't marry.
- shiv asks ippy to go and tell gauri that she will not marry shiv to which she thinks that all her life she waited for this opportunity to marry him and when that time has come he wants her to destroy that with her own hands.
- then ippy says to shiv that she will go to meet gauri for his happiness and shiv goes then ippy thinks that maybe after meeting gauri time for both of them to be one comes fast.
- ippy goes to gauri and tells she can't marry shiv as this is wrong to which garui says that why first she came in between both of them and now when she wants to ammend that mistake she says its wrong and then why did ippy came back in shiv's life.
- gauri further says that that she came in shiv's life from just 7 years but ippy has loved shiv from when she was 14 yrs old.shiv needs somebody to look after him and who understands him and asks her to marry shiv and ippy goes out .shiv is standing there listening and both gauri and shiv cries looking at each other.
- maya ,samar and nikhila are standing with sugana.and sugana tells they can't break gauri and shiv's relation and ippy can't be happy after destroying someone else's life and nikhila says it's only till 27th and samar asks what is there in the date 27th to which nikhila says let the time come and he will know.
- gauri asks mahen to get shiv and ipshita married as she is his first love else shive will cry his whole life remembering her and this is her last wish.alok who is also standing there says that he is proud of her.and both of them will make shiv understand.
- alok goes to shiv and tells him to marry ippy as it is her last wish. all the men of the house are there and maya is also standing there.dadaji also comes there and explains to shiv that this is gauri's last wish and he should marry ipshita.
- maya calls the same nurse and tells her to give another injection to gauri so that her health deteriorates more.and thinks to herself that finaaly the time has come when shiv has to agree to marry ippy at gauri's request.
- gauri is lying when the doctor comes and gives the injection to gauri and her health deteriorates again and shiv cries seeing her like this and she keeps on asking shiv to promise her to marry ipshita before she dies as she has very less time left.
- after denying gauri's request for sometime shiv says that yes he promises that he will marry ipshita.
