ok.. so here is the deal... nikki wants gauri to stay away from shiv's life b/c if they are divorced then shiv who still loves IPPI can get marry to her.... So, IPPI's property would merge into shiv's property and Kapoor company would become india's richest company.... i dont kno how ippi would divorce Anupam...and how Shiv and Ippi would agree to get married but this is wat i kno till now... i hope this helps... 😛
