Hey people i just started watching KAA.But i don't understand why devika wants to break off the marriage?

It hasnt been shown in the show...we dont know the real reason..but according to old articles about KAA....its supposed to be that
Devika is Gauri's grandmom..she has a land that is in gauri's name...and mahen is trying to get that from her thats why he forced shiv to marry gauri...
and now devika wants to protect gauri

this is what its supposed to be..but we dont know for sure..

I dont think she knows Gauri is her granddaughter yet, at least i don't think so...yeah it really is not revealed, but what Hamsee said is tru about the articles.
